Good morning Mr. Roblin,in reality we refunded your 2 nights since you were outside the cancellation policy (I will attach the receipt in the email in the booking), so you must contact expedia if you have any complaints because we have done our duty.As for the room, I remember that you complained at the hotel about the light and so I showed you another apartment where you could continue your stay, but it didn't go well for you anyway. The smell you smelled in the room is that of the ozonation machine which is used to sterilize the environment and only by living there does the smell go away, however it is a procedure that has been imposed on us since the Covid emergency broke out.In private messages you told me that you would give a good review even if you did not stay in our facility and this was not respected, while we completed the agreement.Residence Centanni will however remain a highly respectable structure and it will not be your judgment to change this.Having said that, we wish you a good life.Bye Bye
