Hôtel bien situé. Bon accueil avec pleins de conseils sur la ville. Bon petit déjeuner. Déception à l'arrivée dans la chambre. Pas du tout représentatif des photos vues sur le site. Chambre vieillotte qui aurait besoin de rénovation. Fissures au plafond Lunettes des toilettes désaxée, tirette cassée, pommeau de douche entartrée +++ qui fuit.

駅やバスターミナルから近いのが選択した理由です。 古い民家の1室に泊まると思えばいいでしょうか。木の床や天井は雰囲気があります。新しい都会のホテルの快適さを求める方には向かないかもしれません。 スタッフはとても親切で、教えてもらったレストランや見所はとてもよかったです。お湯をもらいに食堂に入ると気を遣って出てきてくれたりしました。お湯と冷蔵庫の使用は朝7時から夜8時までのようです。ただし冷蔵庫は朝食堂で使うので入れたものが残ってないことがありました。 部屋に電気ポットや冷蔵庫があれば満点でした。

Cozy and convenient
A nice smaller hotel. Clean and comfortable , no frills. Many stairs and narrow hallways. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Convenient to Tourism Office, restaurants, shops and Avignon Centre train station.

Overall ok experience. Room was clean and bed comfortable. 10 minute walk to the Papal Palace. Reception was ok. We arrived at 9am left our luggage at the reception until 4pm (of which they were very strict about the time). Also be aware if you have allergies, they have cats in the reception area

Centrally located, 5 minutes from the train station and 8 minutes walk to the Palas du Papes and Avignon Bridge. Our room needs to be updated, there was black mold in the shower. Staff was very friendly.

The check in process is terrible. When I booked, the listing did not state that I had to check in by 8 pm, so I didn’t plan to be there at this time. The evening I arrived, I received an email at 7:30 telling me that the deadline was 8. I was able to arrive “late” with a door code, but the manager had the nerve to berate me the next day for being “late.” This is rude and unprofessional. They communicated poorly about how to check in for their lackluster hotel, then they gave me a hard time about being “late.” The guy would not let it go, even though I got in fine. Would not recommend.

Oh you are not very polite and honest.On your booking it's written last check in at 8pm. You didn't tell us your arrival time like every guest does!!I sent you a code to get inside after 8pm. You didn't send us a THANK YOU by message!! All our guests answered.It's a problem for us that we have no informations from our guest who doesn't arrive in time. At 9h30pm i checked if the key was still on the reception and couldn't be quiet at all. Can you understand that? Maybe no!The check in process is very easy with honest people!Code then key on the reception with your name. You just have to communicate with us and answer our message BEFORE.

Manager was a little unwelcome at the begging until he saw me uncomfortable, I shouldn’t get to that point, it’s very hard for me to have that experience. Building is in the back street of bars .. not the best location.

Thanks for your message.You know perfectly why i was not welcome like usually (see other many positive comments)....you were 5 people and not 4 people . You booked a room for 4 . It's forbidden and difficult to be 5. People usually books 2 room (32)

Fantastic value, clean, quiet, well located (4 min walk to train and 7 min to Palais des Papes). Very much a boutique hotel with a personal charm! The owners are tremendously kind, attentive, give great recommendations…and even showed me attention when passing me on their evening stroll (which was technically their time off). Would stay here again without hesitation! P.S.: they also have adorable cats.

En centre ville mais légèrement en retrait des bruits de la ville. Accueil attentionné. Cadre charmant. Manque un peu d'isolation phonique (on entend les voisins de chambre, y compris dans les toilettes). Mise à part ce petit désagrément, très bonne adresse et rapport qualité prix plus que correct.

Good time in Avignon
It was very clean and I’m rally crazy about that. The bed was very comfy. Room was small but I had room for all my stuff. Bathroom was tiny, but I got to an even tinier one later. The toilet cover is unique, but you have to go to see it. Too cute. Location was fantastic. The owner was the most helpful I had on my 28 day trip. Very kind and wants guests to enjoy his town.
