Die Baustelle von der schon vorher berichtet wurde ist immer noch da, hat uns aber nicht sehr gestört. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Miami reisen, würden wir dieses Apartment wieder buchen.“

Occasionally we heard loud noises from the AC or other places in the building, but that could be expected staying in a building that size. „It was an excellent vacation. The property is on the water. Everybody in the resort is super friendly and helpful. The property has everything needed for six days. The only recommendation I would make is about the bed and the sheets. The mattress needs cover protection, and the sheets should be fitted. But besides that, everything was great. The owner is super attentive and responded in minutes.“

Insgesamt waren wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufieden, wobei es schon kleine Schönheitsfehler gibt (Bäder/ Ceranfeld ) mit denen wir aber gut leben konnten. „Nichts für schwache Nerven. Erbärmlicher alter Zustand von Zimmer 1224. Batteriemeldung Eingangstür schwach. Licht beim Bett kaputt. Dusche schimmlig und hält nicht mehr. TV läuft nicht oder falsches Gerät dazu. Fenster kann minim mit viel Kraft geöffnet werden, aber bleibt keinen Spalt offen. Küchenschrank bei Spühle fällt auseinander.
