Die Lage ist für Menschen mit Auto oder die den Shuttle Service des Hotels (zum und vom Flughafen) nutzen und weiterfliegen ok. Die Verbindung in die Stadt ist aber mit öffentlichen verkehrsmitteln nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen

Nahe am Flughafen
Wir wurden am Flughafen abgeholt. Das Zimmer war gross und sauber und die Umgebung ruhig. Im Badzimmer hatte es nur wenig ablagefläche. Wenig Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Zum ins Zentrum von Auckland zu gelangen, konnte man den Bus 32 und danach die Metro nehmen.

Kostenloser Flughafebshuttle 24h
Das Abholen und Bringen zum Flughafen klappte reibungslos. Zimmer war sehr gut mit neuer Küche und Bad. Leider haben sich ein paar Autofahrer draußen nachts etwas laut benommen und das hört man 1:1 durch. Mit dem Bus kann man auch ins Zentrum von Auckland gelangen.

Tolles Hotel mit einigen nötigen Verbesserungen.
Hotel ist in guten Zustand, doch scheint an einigen Ecken die Motivation zu fehlen. Duschschlauch mit Löchern spritzt das ganze Bas voll. Der Trockner funktioniert zwar aber zieht aufgrund eines ungereinigten Filters keine Luft ab, sodass die Wäsche nicht komplett trocken wird. Anderer Gast bekam nicht das Zimmer, welches er gebucht hatte. Außerdem ist die Rezeption meist damit beschäftigt zum Flughafen zu fahren und somit sehr oft für eine halbe Stunde nicht anzutreffen. Das ist jedoch alles an negativem. Ansonsten gut ausgestattet. Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig.

Unfortunately this was not the greatest. Quite smelly. Carpet was stained. Spiders in the shower and elsewhere. Iron is in the laundry room Good things was the 24/7 free shuttle to the airport. The proximity to the airport is close. Staff was very friendly

The room was updated, clean, comfortable, and had plenty amenities. There was even a small enclosed patio. They upgraded me to a room with a Jacuzzi tub, as well as a shower. The area is mostly residential and very quiet. The free airport shuttle runs every 30 mins. I would highly recommend to stay here if you need to be near the airport.

There were crumbs and rubbish through the unit. There were innumerable amounts of damage to the walls. There was a ? Smoke alarm taped up with masking tape on the roof. Good location, terrible cleanliness especially for the price.

Disappointing
Pictures are accurate but do not really show how dated and compact the rooms are. There is no private outdoor space, very close to a main road and a community centre across the road that was hosting a celebration late at night, really need double glazed windows!! Air-conditioning was located in the lounge close to the sliding door and did not reach the bedroom which ended up being quite warm because we needed to keep the windows closed due to the outside noise. We ended up leaving early and cancelled our second stay, which cost us over $800 as both stays were non-refundable. For us to give up that money and book somewhere else shows how disappointed we were. This motel is better suited to overnight stays, not for families. Will never stay here again

The accommodation is run down. There was a strong smell of damp on entering. Paint is peeling off the ceiling in the bedroom. There is mould in the bathroom. Single glazing makes traffic noise significant. Overall it was an unpleasant stay.

I booked for 2 nights. There were ants all over my room, wifi did not work, staff didn’t seem to care. Checked out after the first night and was not giving a refund for the second night. This place sucked, worst hotel experience of my life.
