To clear things up, the bond of 100 was to cover any charges made at the hotel such as our restaurant, bar, car parking etc. We did not take the bond for minibar charges, as we do not have one. We apologize for the confusion with breakfast however I can assure that you were only charged once. Please do not hesitate to contact us via email if you need an invoice for your stay. Due to our recent opening of the hotel, there have been a few issues in which we have now taken care of. We appreciate that our guests have been understanding of this. Our WiFi issues have been fixed and we are sorry that you encountered this issue whilst you were here. However I can assure that the virus on your computer was not caused by our WiFi network. Lastly, we require a room bond for all guests checking into the hotel. The bond is used to cover any charges to your room and is only a hold on your card.
