Leider sieht es auf den Bildern besser aus als in echt, wurde schon länger nicht mehr renoviert, ein neuer Anstrich würde ihm Mal ganz gut tun, Der Parkservice lässt auch sehr zu wünschen übrig, sind morgen früh wieder abgereist und mussten 45 min auf unser Auto warten, es war keiner vom Parkservice anwesend

The elevators are out of service. It’s difficult getting up and down especially if you’re on a high floor. The rooms are dated but they give you that old nostalgic feeling of the AC in the 1920s. Overall, on scale of 1-6, my stay was a 3.5.

I staryed in room 1225 and the people next door kept is up so night. Despite calling security at 330 or so in the am. They continued to joke around slamming doors and yelling out "Security" after security left. Then I tried to complain in the morning and nobody was at the check in desk. I have a photo of that. Then I'm on the phone for over 30 minutes right now trying to complain to the manager and nobody is picking up. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

I was expecting great for this hotel since the pictures showed promising and relaxing rooms and oceanview. When I came to the hotel, it was so beautiful, the ambience and the decorations were on point. As soon as I checked in the hotel, the frontdesk staff was obviously high. His eyes were red and we had a hard time communicating because of his slurred words. Next was the room. Goodness gracious, the pillows and bedsheets looked so worn out. The ceiling was stained and was obviously poorly repainted. The beds have bedbugs! Also when I removed the sheets, the mattress were stained. I was scared what the hell the stain was coz it was reddish brown. This is probably the worst hotel Ive been to. Other than that, I guess the amenities and area around it compensates everything wrong in this hotel. The rooftop bar, gym, arcade, restaurants and the convenience of being near everywhere.

We had another lovely stay at the Claridge. From check in to check out, staff was helpful and efficient. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the music sets the mood. We stayed in the same room 2 years in a row. Gorgeous view of ocean and boardwalk. Nice dining options. Give it a try!

We have stayed here many times. This time there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. (Dirty) water was dripping into the bathroom and onto the towels, so the white towels were turning black. We asked if we could change rooms since the hotel was not very occupied, and instead all they could offer us were some new towels. No one should have to pay for that room until the bathroom is fixed and clean.

Only went for one night but enjoyed our stay. I didn't know this but the hotel is connected to Bally's and Ceasars Palace. We never had to leave the hotel to go to the casino. I will agree with other reviews about the elevator. It seems that only 2 or 3 are running and sometimes the wait can be long. We learned to hop on whatever elevator opened. Sometimes you had to go down to go up and vice versa.

Terrible experience upon arrival my room was dirty the lamp and safe box didn’t work I requested another room and they refused instead made me wait until they fixed everything. Elevators are the worst they take for ever and the entire hotel stinks like smoke, marijuana and pee. Not to mention there are a lot of drunk people walking around the hotel yelling and cursing. Restaurant in the 6th floor limited options expensive and small portions.

The hotel is old. The best part of the room was the bathroom, it appeared to be recently updated. The furniture was old and had stains. I was on the 17th, the elevator service was absolutely a disgrace. Each wait was at least 15-20 min. Checking out i waied 33 min just to catch an elevator. My husband took the steps because the wait was too long. The hotel knew that this was an issue and didn’t offer so much as a drink voucher for the inconvenience. I will not stay here again.

Claridge needs to address their elevator issue. Waiting up to 30 minutes to get on the elevator is ridiculous. Also there was a large group that was very noisy. There was constant knocking on doors between the parties and their conversations could be clearly heard in our room.

The food at The Twenties was overpriced and not good. My $16 waffle was burnt and like a hockey puck. My $7 side of potatoes were a joke. Place was super noisy from a convention or something Friday night-guests slamming doors and knocking loudly at like 5:30 in the morning.

All the restaurants located in the hotel were closed. Ut they had photos of the restaurants in the hotel as if they were open. I didn’t like how far the parking garage was and it was hardly any Staff. I will never stay there again.
