Booked because of the legendary Westin bed but the AC wasn’t working and after having called the front desk to make sure the settings were correct, it was miserably hot with. I sleep. For context, the temperature was set on the lowest setting, 60 degrees.

I loved the location , price and staff only thing i will change is the prices for the food or change the food options. The price and taste did not add up and i just wish the pool was more open without all the trees so the sun can get in. Very nice hotel i will be returning.

It took over half an hour to check in. The employee running the little store is rude. They allowed 4 airline attendants to cut the line. The staff could be better for such a nice hotel!

On behalf of the entire staff we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The hotel has a contract with the airlines that allows for immediate check -in. They have a short layover in the hotel, and it is important that they get as much rest as possible before their next flight.

The best part of the hotel experience was valet. All the attendants were helpful. However the front desk attendants were not has helpful sending mixed information. When I checked in one person told me “one breakfast voucher” was for two people to find out it was for one..House keeping did not clean the room and needed to ask for extra towels.

I do have to say the hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly! But the first night we got there hungry and I ordered a chicken noodle soup, I wouldn’t mind paying what I did because the flavor was excellent, but it was just a broth with a couple pieces of carrot and no chicken. I would have preferred that they are honest and tell us that they don’t have anymore! I also ordered a very delicious drink full of ice, maybe 3 sips and it was done, for $14.50 cents at least it could have been a bigger glass with less ice.

My wife and I planned to travel together but I got bumped from my flight. I told her to go on and check in without me. The Westin Atlanta airport would NOT allow her to check in even after I called Expedia and had her added to the reservation. The front desk staff were rude and disrespectful, to say the least

On behalf of the hotel staff, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and rude behavior. That is unacceptable. However, it is the policy of this hotel and most hotels to only allow the person whose name is on the reservation to check in for security reasons.

Purchasing items from the convenience store by the Front Desk proved to be inconvenient as the limited staff at the Front Desk had to handle a long line of travelers trying to check in. Another long line forming at the convenience store. One guest had to ask if he "should leave without paying", as he had waited for more than 30 minutes (I waited about the same only because I absolutely needed the item I was trying to purchase). The bar/lounge in the lobby was the only good thing about this place! The staff was courteous and the food was very good! Breakfast was the most absolute disappointment of this stay. I had to ask for hot coffee after being served cold coffee! The food option and presentation was not worth one third of what they charge. Note to self: never again!

The hotel was in a very convenient location from the airport and was extremely close to lots of food places. The pool area was very beautiful, just wished it was heated since it’s still cold outside.. However, they charge $25 a day to park. Which I felt was a little steep. I’ve never paid for parking when I went on vacation before. Also, the cleaning people never dropped us off toilet paper or clean towels while they were cleaning.

This is an older, run down hotel that needs a an update. Bed was very comfortable. Shuttle to airport was timely and quick. Otherwise, it felt tired and semi-clean. 2 drinks in the lobby bar came to $50. With so many options by the airport, this one isn't worth it.
