Check-in was easy, the room was out dated but the lobby area was nice. Shower was not cleaned called front desk to see if we could change rooms and was told the hotel was sold out for the evening, so no rooms were available to change. The air conditioning did not cool the room properly!! Our family wasn’t use to staying in a room of this condition!

So even though it wasn't the best experience I've had here, it wasn't horrible. Some things happened that were out of the control of the staff but they were excellent in trying to fix things. I will be back. Front desk staff were great.

We have stayed here before. This time Our stay started off rocky because our room did not have hot water. It was lukewarm at best. Then we asked for a different room the front desk lady obliged and we were pleasantly surprised that the new room was perfect. The rooms aren’t updated and the furniture is well worn (even a little dusty in some rooms) but we would book again bc the price was affordable for the quality.

I absolutely cannot begin to tell you how pleased I was with this property and more so, with Expedia!!! My husband and I were looking for hotels originally for a one night stay. On average we knew we would pay around $160 for it. I wanted to stay two nights but our budget was not giving and we wanted to stay in a pretty decent hotel in a good area. I prayed and came across Sonesta and was delightfully surprised that the price was giving, VERY giving, so much so that we were able to do the two nights and stay within budget. We'd never stayed at a Sonesta, but have family that had so we knew the hotel would be nice. I'd read other reviews for this hotel, but let me tell you, do your own assessment. I was a little skeptical initially, but driving up to the hotel was enough for me to know we'd made the right choice. Check-in was quick and simple. One thing I did not like was the attendant did not tell us about breakfast, the amenities we had access to and she did not explain to us that we would need our key to access the floor we were staying on. We had to ask the housekeeper, who did not speak English, how to get to our floor. I thought the elevator was broken and literally almost had a panic attack because the elevator would not open when we were trying to go up, but it would not move. Anyhow, once that was figured out, the rest is history. It was a wonderful stay. I give it two thumbs up!!!

Dirty, old, outdated, a lot of pealing wallpaper, patchwork on the walls and very understaffed. The staff they did have were very nice but very stressed. My room didn't get cleaned, i had to ask for towels twice. When inspecting the beds I found a used condom under the mattress.

Had a great time here. The area has a lot of nice restaurants and shopping plazas that you can walk to so that was great. Hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub were great as well :) Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Property was safe and provided the necessary accommodations needed for the stay. The property was extremely clean, and Nehemiah was my front desk rep, and was amazingly hospitable. I didn't have the same experience with previous guest service agents. It is clear that the furniture in the unit was a bit aged (i.e. sofa, dressers, headboard), however, the cleanliness of the unit assisted with that.

La locación es buena y el parking, desayuno estuvo bien pero el lugar le falta mantenimiento. Lo malo, No nos limpiaron limpiaron las habitaciones, los pasillos sucios y olor a “Hierba” en nuestro piso era terrible. Además en la propiedad me cobraron más dinero de lo que decía mi reserva con expedía (ya puse un reclamo con ellos porque uds me dijeron que no podían ayudarme)
