Dear Denis,unfortunately in the Alimos in order to have the very nice direct sea view you must also face Athens main coastal road. We understand that this may be a problem to noise sensitive people.As described, our hotel offers self catered apartments. We have no restaurant and we do not have the capability to provide any meal. We do cooperate with certain companies that can deliver meals in your apartment. There is also a 24hours operating coffee and snack store 150m form the hotel.Best regards,

Dear Ekaterina,you made a reservation for 2 persons in an apartment with maximum occupancy of 2 persons.You arrived 3 persons and demanded to sleep the extra person to the sofa which is illegal. When we refused that you threatened us that you will leave a bad review if we do not allow it.Since we were fully booked (super high season Friday night) it was impossible for us to host the extra person so you decided to leave and find another hotel.We do not see how not breaking the law and our policies makes our hotel terrible.This is just a revenge rating and we have already addressed Expedia help center to further investigate.Best regards,

We understand that for people who are not used to urban noise this might cause a problem.For this reason our bedrooms are equipped with two layers of double glazed windows and we also provide free earplugs.If you have told us about your problem during your stay we could have move you to an apartment away from the road (but also without the view).Best regards,
