Wir sind um 22:30 abends angekommen und uns wurde ein Zimmer Schlüssel mitgegeben und gesagt, dass wir geupgradet wurden. Als wir in das Zimmer kamen, war dieses nicht aufgeräumt, der Mülleimer war voll und das Bad dreckig. Nachdem wir dies an der Rezeption reklamiert hatten, sagte die Mitarbeiterin, dass wir 5 Minuten warten sollen, sie würden das Zimmer noch fertig machen müssen. Wir haben uns geweigert in dieses Zimmer zu gehen und wurden dann in ein Zimmer gesteckt, welches dermaßen laut war, da es ein permanentes Brummen gab. So konnten wir nicht das machen wozu wir da waren: schlafen. Schade absolut schlechter Service.

Das Hotel ist nahe im Flughafen und daher sehr für eine Zwischenübernachtung geeignet. Service und Personal sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Leider haben die Sauna und das Restaurant nur bis 23.00Uhr geöffnet. Da unser Flugzeug Verspätung hatte, konnten wir dies nicht mehr nutzen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das leckere und vielseitig umfangreiche Frühstück.. Wir empfehlen Radisson blue Arlanda unbedingt weiter

Very clean airport hotel. Direct hotel shuttle from the airport. The rooms are great and comfortable, but the bathrooms a bit tiny. The breakfast was amazing with many choices (also a large glutenfree section).

Perfekte Unterkunft der ersten Nacht für den Start unser Ferien in Schweden. Personal super nett, Hotel und Zimmer toll eingerichtet, Frühstück fantastisch! Ich würde jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen welcher eine übernachtungsmöglichkeit vor oder nach dem Flug sucht. Gibt einen gratis Shuttle Bus vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Ca. 5 Minuten

Die Heizung ist ausgefallen, das Zimmer war eiskalt. Wir bekamen einen Elektro-Ofen, der einigermassen aufheizte. Im Restaurant bestellte ich ein veganes Gericht - und bekam einen Sandwich mit grossen Speckstücken. Die Seifenspender in der Dusche spritzte die Seife gerade aus ins Gesicht, nicht in die Hand...

The staff was super friendly and very accommodating when we arrived much earlier than our room was ready. The room was clean and had a comfy bed. The hotel's breakfast was extraordinary and highly recommend paying for it. Very easy commute to the airport via a shuttle bus and from there can take Arlanda Express into the city. Definitely worth the price and would stay again!

Check in was easy and staff were all extremely friendly. Room was spotless. Breakfast was excellent!
