Wir mussten 2x Zimmerwechseln, da das Zimmer mit Bett nicht unserer Reservierung entsprach. Zuletzt TV defekt; Bett nicht sauber; nur 1 Duschtuch; altes Bad; Betten sind gut, aber nicht breit genug; Lampen defekt; Zimmer wohl längere Zeit nicht benutzt.

Worst hotel I ever visited. Super old hotel, rooms are super dark and feels like sleeping in a Museum. The bathroom was not acceptable as the faucet was leaking all the time for a 4 star hotel unacceptable.

Das Hotel ist ok, wenn man direkt im Terminal wohnen möchte. Auf Grund der Lage wählte ich es. Das erste Zimmer welches man mir gab, hatte einen Schacht als Fenster in einen Innenhof. Das zweite Zimmer hatte normale Fenster, man sprach von einem Upgrade aber es war auch klein und entsprach nicht den Bildern. Es gibt am Flughafen Arlanda sicherlich bessere Adressen. Ich fand Preis - Leistung nicht angemessen!

Im Flughafenterminal
Wir hatten einen sehr frühen Flug und sind deshalb im Flughafenhotel abgestiegen. Das Hotel liegt zwischen den Terminals 4 & 5, ungefähr 3 Minuten vom Terminal 5 entfernt. Es ist ruhig, sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Mietwagen am Vorabend abgeben und morgens entspannt zum Flieger gehen. Jederzeit wieder.

We stayed at the Radisson Blu because of its convenience to the terminals. We had five pieces of luggage including two oversized containers of sporting equipment that made transferring challenging. Because of the volume, we used two taxis to transfer from the car rental return to the hotel. However, the taxis were unable to drop us off at the hotel (terminal 4) and instead delivered us to terminal #5 which made it very difficult to transport our luggage and equipment to the hotel.
