„All I had hoped for. They were slow to fix the broken light in the kitchen but I used the spa while waiting!! “

„établissement propre et calme , très bon accueil de la part du personnel , appartement spacieux. Le seul problème est le parking payant ( 12 euros la nuit ) qui n'est pas indiqué à la réservation , sinon il faut aller se garer assez loin dans un autre parking payant. “

„A had a fantastic week skiing in Arinsal and staying at Aparthotel Sant Andreu with family. Warm, clean room, great facilities with kitchenette in room allowing us to do trip on a budget. Spa in the hotel was great. Staff very friendly and helpful.“

„The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. “

„El apartamento amplio y cómodo pero un poco anticuado. El personal de recepción muy atento! Con família es perfecto! Yo repito seguro. La única pega es que no hay parquing gratuito en la zona.“

„Nos retuvieron el DNI porque la persona de recepción no sabía hacer el check in nos pidieron 150 euros en efectivo de fianza y el apartamento era pequeño tenía pelusas bajo las camas y pelos en el baño.“

„Die Ungebung ist traumhaft, da das Hotel in einem Tal liegt umschlossen von Bergen. Der Verkehr ist ruhig da wenig. Das Zimmer war wie eine 2 Raum Wohnung. Die Kueche war kommplett ausgestattet. Sehr bgutes Preis/Leistungs Verhaeltnis.“

„Pese a ser un fin de semana con temperaturas permanentemente bajo cero y sin ninguna posibilidad de disfrutar la estancia fuera del hotel, no quisieron cambiarnos la fecha de la reserva ni siquiera se mostraron abiertos a negociar otras fechas aunque fuera por un precio más elevado que la promoción que escogimos. „The advert clearly says WIFI available, when we got there it was only in reception which is open for 2 hrs in the morning and 2 at night (if they came) and only one person in reception at a time, what a joke as i had to work whilst there. Also bed was broken which we complained about twice and were twice told it would be repaired, which never happened. never staying here again“
