„Rooms could use a little updating. Pool was closed due to “health issues.” The family that also stayed there had their second room sold from underneath them and the staff on Sunday morning were not very excited about helping them at all!“

„Large facility in relatively quiet area. Nice amenities. Primary complaint is that the room smelled like cigarettes smoke although it was a non-smoking room. The restaurant looked nice but was unused. The coffee shop had odd hours and often was closed at lunch which is when conference attendees would have appreciated it being open. Also, not enough bathrooms in the conference area. Perhaps needs an update to remove/make the restaurant smaller and provide more bathrooms and a lunch/snack area ...

„The biggest problem with this hotel was hygiene and maintenance. To start with, check-in should be a simple problem. However, we were left standing at the desk for 25 minutes rating for the two staff members to troubleshoot one of the two room key programming devices at the desk. There was no urgency to focus on getting us as customers checked in. Rather, we were basically told that we needed to wait. Ultimately, however, after waiting 20 minutes, they checked us in and use the other device at ...

„Only issue was breakfast options were waffles, toast, muffin or cereal and they had 1 waffle machine and batter dispenser was broken and people having to wait 15+ minutes to get to the waffle making machine.“

„Gutes Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Überdachter, kleiner Pool mit Whirlpool vorhanden. Der Fitnessraum ist leider jedoch sehr spärlich. Insgesamt ist das Hotel für einen kurzen Geschäftstrip in Ordnung und empfehlenswert.“
