Modernes & stylisches Hotel
Das hotel war sehr neu. Etwas anstrengend war die nur dünn besetzte Rezeption. Der auf der Website angegebene Preis fürs Parken wurde erst gewähr, nachdem man die Website gezeigt hatte. Ein Upgrade für den Status gab es auch nicht. Alles war recht teuer. Der Pool auf dem dach war Adults only was sehr angenehm war. Das Zimmer mit „Park View“ schaut direkt auf die Interstate 5 und dahinter auf den Disneyland Park (deshalb „Park“ view). In der Nähe gibts es gar nichts und man braucht unbedingt ein Auto. Die Garage war entsprechend großzügig ausgelegt.

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lovely resort gift bag with fun things for the kids. Less than a 5 minute drive to Disneyland. Our bathroom door was broken, many of the outlets in the room did not work, and on 4 separate occasions when calling housekeeping and the front desk (needed additional towels) there was no answer. Parking is not included in your stay. Of course valet has a charge, however so does the self parking option.

We loved our room, pool was great and so was the hot tub. Super nice hotel overall. Very clean and modern. Walking distance (about a 2km 25 minute walk to Disney which was perfect for us). Parking was rather expensive, $38 USD per night for self/parking so over $100 CAD for two nights to park there. Although the room was super clean when we arrived, they only made the bed and emptied some garbage once during our stay (didn’t bother to wipe or do any of the other usual stuff most hotel staff while you are out for the day). All in all a good stay.

While the property still provide quality cleanliness and the location to Disney is always a plus, the quality of service and staff is something of desire. On the first night, there were only two thin pillows on each bed. I called to service to request a few more and I was hang up by the staff. As service industry, that's unacceptable. Second, our room was not made up until I have to go to the front desk to ask and the staff accused me of hanging the private sign out instead of apologized. That's extremely disappointing given this is a 3-stars hotel.

The rooms were modern and clean. While the hotel was busy, it never felt crowded. The pool looks simple, but has an 360 inifinity effect that is very pleasing. The attention to detail with decor was unique and fun. Rooms were quiet and elevators were fast. The Valencia restaurant staff was awesome and the food was very tasty, especially the biscuits and gravy. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Free wifi, free electric vehicle charging with Charge point, free welcome bag with goodies, 2 free bar drinks and daily resort food credit was a great surprise. I would definitely stay again. Only cons: bed sank in the middle, but was comfortable otherwise. Not the closest to Disneyland, but with a car it was very doable.

VIP….. not so much. We stay in Anaheim often and like to try new hotels each time… we were excited and upon arrival we were at first pleased. The decor was great and the hotel overall, beautiful and fun. The cleanliness was lacking and what was at first appealing with the FREE COCKTAILS AND DINING we found out at checkout after getting our non existing parking removed, the “Destination fee” was charged and turns out the free dining was being paid for by us. It was a sad sad find seeing a great hotel try to cheat the system. Overall, wouldn’t stay again unless everything else was booked. Great decor though and the shuttle is a plus.
