We really like the property. This was the first time we’ve stayed there definitely be returning though. It is about a 20 minute walk to Disneyland. The room was nice and clean as well as the bathroom. The Jacuzzi and pool looks nice as well however we didn’t have time to personally try them out. The one thing we were not a fan of was in the center of the parking lot they double park cars into one space So if you’re trying to leave late at night or early morning and you blocked in, you have to wait for the valet to move the car in front of you to get out of the parking spot other than that Everything else is great including the breakfast buffet

A short walk to Toy Story parking structure where you can take free shuttle to Disney. The continental breakfast was fresh and good every morning, the only thing that could improve was lack of parking as they double park to make the vehicles fit, they do have a valet though that will take care of getting the vehicle situated.

Convenient location. Walking distance to the Disney Park Parking lot and Disney Park shuttle bus stop. Hotel also offer complimentary hot breakfast which can save you time to look for food in the theme park. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

It was a perfect hotel for our Disneyland family trip. Very nice and friendly staff, excellent location for the right price. It was a nice and simple accommodation and very clean. The rooms were newly renovated. Breakfast was convenient to have every morning! It is walking distance to the parks, but also a 7min walk to the shuttle at the Toy Story parking lot. The only thing we needed more of was hangers or hooks to hang things. There were 6 of us in the room, but not enough places where to hang things. Other than that it was perfect!

We arrived late to check in and there were 2 women working the front desk. One very friendly, the other one in the black shirt…. Wow not at all. Attitude and bossy all the time. So we didn’t start off on a good note. Also not enough parking!!! Barley found 1 super tight stop. Then couldn’t get into our room because the locks are so old and broken. Had to shake the entire door to get in. Next, as soon we walked in the air conditioning unit had its cover just laying out in the middle of the floor. Maybe maintenance forgot to put it back, not sure but my husband had to figure it out at midnight. Also there is no such thing as a blanket, it’s more of a thick sheet. The heater was all on night and smelled horrible. Then at 1230 it was a party outside… until 2 am non stop yelling drinking and no one from staff said anything… people running up and down the stairs all mid of noise. Breakfast in the morning was yuk. No flavor, no water (at all…) and not a place to plug your empty plates and cups. Most people used the outside trash. Everything was plastic. I would never stay here again, never recommend this place to anyone. The one and only thing this place has to offer is the distance driving to the convention center and Disney.

The property was nicely updated. Staff was nice and accommodating. Bottled water was expensive from the front desk area…bring your own! We ran into a couple of homeless people on the street, suggestion, don’t walk outside the property at night, but the property itself was staffed with security and felt safe. Breakfast was great!

Hotel was great. Staff was nice and rooms were very clean and updated. My wife and I always an unhappy with the showers in hotels in the surrounding area because of water pressure and we can both say this has been the nicest hotel shower we’ve seen. Shower head is on a hose that can detach and has multiple settings and the water pressure is amazing. 10/10 would recommend this hotel, ignore the negative yelp reviews. We will be staying here moving forward for our Disneyland trips.

Fitness room not complete. Needed: water, dumbbells , exercise mat, towels etc… (although the pieces of equipment they had were premium machines that were very new) outside sauna when turned off looked like a Petri dish. Rooms very modern and clean. The outside of hotel still has Travelodge signs on the room doors. If outside was same as inside would be great.

My family was woken up on the first night of our trip at 11pm by a call from the front desk. The woman on the orher end told me that there were multiple noise complaints about my room and she knew I had a dog in my room as well. I tried to explain that we were all asleep and there was NO DOG. She told me that they had cameras and I would be charged if they saw me with a dog. I again said that there was absolutely no pet in our room and hung up. The next morning, I went to the office to see what had been misconstrued. On my way, i saw cars double parked, parked in fire lanes and no way out of the parking lot. I was treated rudely by the woman at the desk who claimed it was another person on staff who had made the call. No apology was given. I also asked about the parking lot and was told not to worry because most people would be leaving for Disneyland soon and it would clear out. This is just not the accommodation that I prefer for my family in the future. I have emailed the Ramada with my concerns and have received no response which tells me that one family just doesn't make enough difference to them.

Breakfast was great very convenient and close to Toy Story parking lot to walk to catch a tram to go to Disneyland.

I enjoyed our stay but parking was a very big issue. It was hard to find parking spots at night.
