Wir waren zwei Nächte dort. Das Hotel liegt etwas entfernt vom Rotlichtviertel entfernt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse. Die Treppe zu den Zimmern ist steil und nicht für jeden geeignet. besonders mit Knieproblemen wird das schwierig. Das Zimmer war neu und sauber und hatte alles drin, was man so braucht. Der Hotelangestellte war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und stellte immer sicher, dass wir uns daheim/zu hause fühlten. In unmittelbarer Nähe (einmal um den Ecken) hat es einen grossen Platz mit vielen Restaurants.

Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliche Eigentümer.
Zimmer im „Basement“, Lüftungsanlage nicht sonderlich effektiv, bei offenen Fenstern lauter Straßenlärm. Eigentümer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besser ein Zimmer in den oberen Geschossen buchen.

Das Personal im Hotel hat uns herzlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Unser Zimmer mit Ausblick war ein Traum. Die sanitären Anlagen sind neu und sehr gepflegt. Die offene Dusche unter der mit charm behafteten Dachschräge ist ein echtes Highlight! Das Bett war sehr bequem, das Zimmer immer Sauber. Das Zimmer wurde in unserer Abwesenheit Vormittags mit viel Liebe zum Detail gereinigt und wir hatten stets ausreichend frische und saubere Handtücher zur Verfügung. Bei Fragen stand das Personal stets zur Verfügung. Klare Empfehlung sich für dieses Hotel zu entscheiden.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Wirklich ein schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und ordentlich und wir hatten direkten Blick auf die Grachten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall immer wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten !

Nice place with nice staff. The floors/ceilings are far too thin, so if you want to sleep past 6:30am, you will be subjected to non-stop noise for the morning, and sleep will be problematic.

Central and Beautiful
This hotel was perfectly located, the room was beautiful. The building is super old and has lots of funky cute details including a very tiny almost leaning staircase. Staff helps with carrying luggage up and down. The room had modern features mixed with beautiful original pieces. We will definately be back.

The Hotel Frank is located in an upscale, central neighborhood with bar and restaurant options just around the corner. It's also a 15-minute walk to just about everything - the Rijksmuseum, the Royal Palace, etc. We stayed in the Royal Room with a view of the canal and it was fun to watch the world go by from bed. We'll be back!

Es buena opción ubicada en una zona céntrica de la ciudad con varias opciones de restaurantes y bares a unos cuantos pasos, el personal es servicial y amable y las instalaciones adecuadas. Importante tomar en cuenta que hay que usar escaleras ya que no cuenta con elevador.

Great location!
We loved our stay at Hotel Frank. Of note there is no elevator but staff carried our luggage up the stairs. It would be difficult for someone with issues walking. Otherwise it is in a fabulous location, very comfortable and clean.
