Clean rooms with very good beds ! Close to JC/Ajax Arena. If central area is in focus the hotel is a bit far away from downtown.

The room was much too small for 3 people, you were constantly in each other's way and had to get out of each other's way to get to the bathroom. This should be mentioned if there is a sofa bed in the room. There is no power outlet in the bathroom although a hair dryer is provided, you have to go into the hallway where you block everything. The shower was blocked so the water overflowed. We were only there for 1 night, but it was OK. Breakfast was great

The room was a bit old and not what we excepted for the price but everything else was completely fine, a renovation for the rooms would be great in the future. The breakfast was decent but totally fine. The service was super nice.

I had a pleasant stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the Ziggo Dome, with parking available directly on-site. The breakfast was very good.

Dieses Hotel ist einfach wunderschön und das Frühstücksbüffet ein Traum. Immer wieder gerne. Dieses Hotel ist zwar kein Schnäppchen, aber jeden Euro wert.

Die Unterkunft das Hotel war in Groß und ganz in Ordnung sauber die WC-Bürste im Bad fehlte leider die Zimmer waren groß das Bett war super die schlafcouch war ein bisschen zu weich alles was man braucht war im Zimmer vorhanden der Föhn war sehr gut auch zur längeren Anwendung das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit ich hatte allerdings das Hotel gebucht unter der Prestige auch dass jemand mit deutschkenntnissen vor Ort ist das war leider nicht der Fall leider leider leider ansonsten hilfsbereit freundlich das Frühstück war okay die Umgebung war super die Metro Unna bei gute verkehrsanbindung und darum ein schönes Wochenende gelungen und gerne

The room was clean and big enough, but you could hear the trains too much and the room neighbours. There was every morning a long waiting time at the coffee machine.Two machines are not enough for all the guests. And I was expecting a bit more service for the price.

Schönes Zimmer, aber Hotel im Detail zu lieblos
Obwohl ich im freundlichen, großzügig ausgestatteten Zimmer mich wohl fühlen und ausgezeichnet schlafen konnte, und von der Aussicht auf ein direkt gegenüber liegendes Parkhaus nicht überrascht war, haben mich zwei Punkte enttäuscht: Im Bad gab es keine einzige Steckdose, wobei auch das in einen wunderschön nostalgischen Waschtisch eingelassene winzige Waschbecken schon zum Zähmeputzen kaum zu gebrauchen ist, und als viel zu eng und ausgesprochen lieblos eingerichtet empfand ich den Frühstücksbereich. Auch aus günstigeren Unterkünften bin ich ein angenehmeres Ambiente gewohnt.

Naja im großen und ganzen war es schon in Ordnung. Frustuck ist nichtmehr wie fruher, weniger auswahl. Auf sonderwunsche wird zwar eingegangen Aber leider passiert hier nichts ohne mehrfaches Monieren. Das hotel hat eine top anbindung an die öffis. Wlan funktionierte auch perfekt. Hier könnte besser gereinigt werden. Für deutsche verhaltnisse würde ich es als 1 bis 2 Sterne hotel ansehen. Daher rechtfertig Auch das Frühstück den preis nicht. Fazit. Zum schlafen reichts, anbindung ist gut, personal ist freundlich, alles vorhanden, sauberkeit ist dort Glaube ich einfach nicht deutscher standard.

Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Lage zum P R Arena und der Anbindung zur City gewählt. Leider war das Bad nicht komplett sauber und es lag noch Müll vom letzen Gast im Zimmer. Zudem war das Bett eine Katastrophe. Hart wie ein Brett und es hat gewackelt, wenn man sich umdreht. Und unter Kingsize Bett versehen wir was größeres. Das Frühstück war Durchschnitt und hat auch keine Pluspunkte verdient.
