Ein hervorragendes Hotel im wahrsten Wortsinne. Uns fehlte an kühlen und regnerischen Septembertagen einzig ein Innenpool oder eine Sauna - die aber wohl wegen COVID auch nur geschlossen wären.

War ein interessantes Gebäude mit vielen Akzenten,die noch an das alte Kloster erinnert haben.toller Blick auf ganz Amalfi.Stadtzentrum zu Fuß erreichbar.Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es zum Preisleistungsverhältnis, da waren die Hotels in Positano und Sorrento noch besser.

Junior-Suite mit sehr schöner Terrasse und perfektem Blick auf die Bucht von Amalfi - kurzer Fussweg in den Ort, trotzdem ruhige Lage - geschmackvolle Zimmer - relativ großer Pool mit Sonne bis in den Abend - umfangreiches Frühstück mit Hafenblick - idealer Ausgangspunkt für sportliche Fussmärsche durch das Hinterland z.B. nach Ravello - für weitere Ausflüge die Fähren oder einen Fahrer (40,--/Std.) nehmen. Tipp an das Hotel: neue, bequemere Terrassenmöbel für die Suiten anschaffen, einen gescheiten Pizzabäcker einstellen

Idyllisches Plätzchen in Amalfi!
Das Hotel liegt wunderbar zentral und doch ruhig. Es ist stilvoll eingerichtet und entspricht ganz der Vorstellung eines ehemaligen Klosters. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein persönliches mini kleines Manko war das immer gleiche, einfallslose Frühstück, mit wenigvfrischem Obst. Wem das aber nicht so wichtig ist, findet alles was er braucht. Vor allem angesichrs der Tatsache, dass man ja doch den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist.

Die Renovierung des alten Konvents ist sehr gelungen, lange Gänge mit Kreuzgewölbe reduziert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Terrasse mit Designmöbel bestückt. Die Lage und der Ausblick auf Amalfi und Hafen phantastisch! Die Zimmer sind nicht üppig groß, aber ausreichend, bei der Möblierung hätte man etwas mehr Wert auf Komfort als auf Design legen können, die Garderobe bietet nicht genug Ablage und Aufhängemöglichkeiten. Badezimmer ist großzügig, das Duschwasser wechselt schon mal abrupt die Temperatur…

Luxuriöses Hotel in Zentrumsnähe
Wie verbrachten einige schöne Tage ganz separat von anderen Zimmern im obersten Stockwerk der in den Hang gebauten ehemaligen Klosteranlage. Zudem konnten wir über eine eigene, großzügige Sonnenterasse mit Liegestühlen, Sitzgruppe und Sonnenschirm verfügen (was nicht jedes Zimmer architekturbedingt kann). Aufgrund der Hanglage hatten wir daher auch noch einen truamhaften Blick über Amalfi und die anliegenden Küstenstreifen. Nette Mitarbeiter und ein sehr gut funktionierender Park-Service erleichterten die Unterbringung des Mietwagens (Kosten 25 €/Tag) - eine andere Möglichkeit gibt es jedoch auch nicht (wie überall an der Amafitana sind Parkplätze sehr selten). Fußweg zum Zentrumvon Amalfi etwa 5 Minuten. Von hier gute Verbindungen via Fähre oder Bus in die benachbarten Küstenortschaften. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit verschiedene Müslisorten, frischem Obst, den üblichen Eierspeisen und Brotauflagen sowie mehreren, täglich wechselnden, sehr leckeren Gebäckteilchen.

Traumhotel in ehemaligem Kloster
Dieses Hotel hat eine traumhafte Lage in den Felsen über Amalfi. Man kommt über einen kleinen Weg durch abenteuerliche Treppen und Durchgänge unter Häusern direkt ins Zentrum zum Dom. Das Hotel hat unglaublich viel Charme und einen fabelhaften Ausblick. Die Qualität des Frühstücks war sehr gut, nur was die Auswahl betrifft eher etwas eingeschränkt für ein 5 Sterne Haus. Aber alles in allem haben wir uns dort unglaublich wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Dieses Hotel würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

Staff were extremely friendly. Welcoming to our toddler and provided high quality service with a smile. Harsh and the staff at the restaurant were so attentative. The woman in the front who helps with bookings secured a last minute reservation at a rooftop directly in front of the duomo. Stunning views and meal. Thank you for the amazing stay and memorable 40th birthday treats as well thanks to Harsh for going above and beyond. All of the staff were AMAZING and easy to talk with.

Overall great experience excpet the staff did not assist us in concierge services despite my multiple previous calls and emails asking, but the other guests who were checking in with us had plenty of help with restaruant booking. Not sure why the hotel picked and chose certain guests to help. Hotel also did not have capacity for in-hotel restaurants for dinner but no one told us in advance reservation was needed even though we asked. Hotel service would be improved and I wish they treated all guests the same

Gorgeous property and excellent service. Everyone is so polite and attentive. The front desk arranged for a few dinner reservations at popular restaurants and we always had the best table once we arrived. The views are breathtaking, the pool area lovely. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars
This place is amazing! The views are gorgeous, the location is perfect. The staff go over and beyond anything that could reasonably be expected. Unobtrusively there whenever you need them. We also had an outstanding meal at the restaurant. The great food kept coming in wave after wave. Kristian was one of the best servers we have ever had. If you are going to Amalfi, splurge and book your stay here and get at least one meal in their restaurant - you will not regret it. It's what memories are made from.
