Verbesserungswürdig: Ausstattung
Essen ist schlecht, v.a. im Mainrestaurant. Service ist solala… Personal zwar alle supernett, aber egal wie lange man an der Bar sitzt, es kommt keiner und fragt ob man noch ein Getränk haben möchte. Eher wenig Aktivität. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten superschnell Insel und fast alle sehr Kinderfreundlich. Speziell bedanken möchten wir uns bei Jahit (Zimmereeinigung), Afreen (Bar), Namal und Hashim (Restaurant) und Shakeeb.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr zuvorkommend organisiert. Das Personal war extrem aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Wasser Bungalow über dem Ocean war ein Traum! Das Essen in den verschiedenen Restaurants wurde immer sehr frisch und auf hohem Niveau zubereitet. Das Dive Center ist neu und man kann tolle Ausflüge vor Ort buchen. Der Spa mit Glasboden verzauberte den Urlaub noch mal zusätzlich. Es war ein Traumurlaub, vielen Dank.

We had the most AMAZING stay, the rooms are spacious and clean, the water is the bluest I’ve ever seen and the food was delicious. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. We stayed at both a beach and water villa and preferred the water villa. Above all the staff made our stay, everyone was so lovely and go above and beyond to accommodate any request, nothing is too much trouble. Lydia was a ray of sunshine every morning at breakfast and the food and beverage manager Jannika went out of his way to make any of our fave dishes we requested in the buffet. Even put together romantic set up for my husband and I on our last night. Nuhaad, Muna, Ruwan, and Namal also made our stay so amazing. We have been to Maldives 3 times and travel extensively and this has been one of our favourite trips. We stayed for 9 nights with our 4 month old and could have stayed longer! I would highly recommend this resort to everyone.

Sommige personeelsleden waren uitstekend in service maar ook een groot gedeelte die helaas niet weten wat service is. Het antwoord op een vraag is bijna altijd nee en dan pas na je vraag herhaald te hebben dan kan het ineens wel. Erg slordig allemaal. Veel te duur voor een accomodatie die ook maar weinig keus in eten bied en daarentegen ook summiere keus aan activiteiten/excursies. De ocean pool villa was echter prima!

Nous avons adorer notre lune de miel. Les restaurants a la carte est délicieux! Le Buffet était bon mais manquais un peu de variété! Nous avons pris le tout inclus et nous étions très bien servi lors des repas mais hors repas il avais très peu de snack! Nous étions en général bien servi par notre responsable mais nous n'avions pas beaucoup de contact a part sur what's up tandis que d'autre allais voir leur client leur demander leur avis! Je croit que le prix est peu exorbitant en comparant avec ce que nous avions droit mais en général nous avons vraiment apprécier notre séjour! Ce reste une expérience inoubliable et plusieurs rêves réaliser!

Relaxing Heaven
Well kept peaceful and modern facility, everything was fantastic, what more can I say.watersports team were great hosts with fishing and paddle boarding trips, try the wine tasting, it's great fun and quite an education. All the restaurant food was good quality, we loved the service and food the most in Roma. My only down side was on the return to the airport, there is no support from the hotel here, there should be, as another group will pretend to be and over charge for various services from the hotel and offer chargeable services.

The dolphin ocean suite was excellent, with splendid views of the vast open ocean and waters so crystal clear you can spot all types of reef fish, including a black tip shark which hung out a lot at ours. The bed was comfortable and the room was much more spacious than I had envisioned by looking at photos. The bathroom design also took my breath away, something I did not expect from photos posted online. Pictures simply cannot do the design any justice. I would highly recommend the dolphin suites to everyone who doesn't mind walking a distance to and from the suite. We travelled with young kids, so the hotel was very kind to offer their buggy service to us. But guests without kids or without mobility issues are not offered the same, and I can imagine the walk being quite tiring under the hot sun, especially if you are coming from the other end of the island where the spa and Mediterranean restaurant are. Service was excellent, and by far the best I have experienced in recent years. The staff seem genuinely happy to be working there and are keen to always help us out where needed. Everyone from the restaurant waiters to the attendants at the kids'club playroom were super friendly and forthcoming with information. Very glad to have made this place our first destination after borders reopened!

Sun Siyam Iru Veli will always be our favorite vacation spot. Went for our honeymoon, flight was super long, but It was all worth It. All staff is very courteous and accommodating. Food was just amazing! The rooms are gorgeous, highly recommend the Ocean Villa. Our own little paradise. Would definitely come back some day.

Pros: The huts over the water are so beautiful. You can snorkel right off them. The island walks to the restaurants are hot but it's nice to get some exercise and walk the island :) the food was GOOD! So they must have adjusted after peoples reviews. I thought it was great and I've stayed at A LOT of 5 star resorts. The restaurant and house cleaning staff are amazing! so fun and friendly( I even became friends with one, Ernie. She was absolutely wonderful and I think management should promote her to customer relations, management or an Ambassador!! truly ) The Whaleshark snorkelling was Well worth it. You also have lunch at a little private island. The cheese and wine pairing was wonderful with the sommelier. The spa was the BEST massage and facial I have EVER gotten in my life. The float plane was lovely coming in and out. No issues there -- overall, it's a great place. I would recommend it and would stay again! Cons: It is true the ambassador's are definitely 'tired' and just only message you when you ask for something. There's no enthusiasm or texting you being like " what do YOU want to do today! " Trying to make it special. It is what it is. If only they switched the restaurant staff to be ambassadors ! Just don't go there expecting that. But it is still nice they have the ability to even text someone with things you need or questions at any time anyway. Most resorts don't even have that.

Let me first say we had an absolutely amazing stay at the Sun Siyam Iru Veli! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Guest services was excellent. The staff provided some very special details for our anniversary and we really appreciated those extra touches.The island was very well maintained. The views and access to the ocean from the overwater Villa were stunning! It definitely looks exceeded our expectations. The hotel offered nightly entertainment that was very good. The food was very good and it had a nice variety/themes every day of the week. Also, the food was very flavorful. The one improvement that we would suggest is having heated containers for the food, there were some dishes that we went to select and they were not warm at all.

This 1st time i saw the hotel is bad service, the food is so so .. and the vibe also here is nothing ! Even tho his manager there not helpfull for us, we try to said something to him and waiting the responds but he is not give feedback ! Our ambasador also he’s not very kind, since we checked in, there are staff is not kind ! The food there is so so, even tho for small things about the room must be charged ! My opinion this hotel need to be improved for the service, price is expensive but the service is very bad !

É um lugar maravilhoso. Nao se pode dizer que é 5 estrelas, para mim sao 4 estrelas. Mas é bonito, com pessoas simpáticas. Acho errado um all inclusive cobrar tanta coisa por fora. Muita bebida tem que pagar. Isso é ruim.

A melhor experiência de nossas vidas Foi tudo perfeito, desde a nossa chegada em Malé, onde fomos recepcionados por um representante do hotel, que nos levou para o lounge muito aconchegante, com comida e bebida a vontade, enquanto esperávamos pelo seaplane. O hotel, um paraíso com aguas cristalinas. Nosso embaixador, Samih, nos recebeu, sempre muito gentil e solícito, nos ajudou sempre que precisamos, foi muito importante para que nossa lua de mel fosse maravilhosa e inesquecível. Ficamos hospedados na Ocean Suite with Pool, com uma vista incrível, nunca vimos nada parecido em nossas vidas. Tantas tonalidades de azul. Algo indescritível. Our suite atendant, Hasiru, não deixou faltar nada em nosso quarto, repondo bebidas e snacks todos os dias, com a limpeza impecavel. Sem falar que cada dia ele nos preparava uma decoração diferente. Adquirimos o pacote all inclusive premium, podíamos escolher qualquer entre os vários restaurantes e bares para comer e beber. Várias opções de drinks, aperitivos e bebidas diversas. Um agradecimento especial a Rahul, sempre amigável e receptivo, nos atendeu muito bem. Tínhamos disponibilidade de equipamentos de mergulho que estavam de bom estado de conservação. Assim como os materiais para alguns dos esportes aquaticos. E como em todos os lugares, as pessoas sempre agradáveis e solícitas. Também aproveitamos um dia no fantástico spa, recebemos uma massagem relaxante enquanto apreciavamos a vista do mar.

全てが最高でした。オールインクルーシブで、毎食贅沢に食事もお酒も食べることができ、夕食はコースを頂きました。食事内容も素晴らしく、満足いくものばかりでした。スタッフはすれ違うごとに必ず挨拶してくれフレンドリーです。部屋からの景色も素晴らしい。ドロップオフも近いので、少し泳いで行けば深い海で泳ぐ魚群も見ることができます。清潔感もバッチリでした。 唯一といえば、お風呂とシャワーの温かい湯が出なくなることがある点でしょうか、ですが島なのでそこはあまり気になりませんでした。

Beautiful Hotel, Ugly Service
Amazing honeymoon, no thanks to the service. The island, the water and the weather were stunning. Resort looked beautiful and rooms felt extremely upscale. Excursions offered were tons of fun. Unfortunately the staff at the watersports rental stand are extremely rude and the waitstaff at the buffet are clueless, like its the first job they've ever had. Not the service you would expect for the price you pay to stay here, which is unfortunate because the resort and natural beauty of the location are jaw dropping.

Hotel muito bom, ainda mais bonito do que parece nas fotos. Serviço excelente, você é tratado igual rei. No primeiro dia, devido ao fuso horario, perdemos o horario do jantar e eles se prontificaram a dnviar um jantar pro nosso quarto quase meia-noite, sempre sorrindo! Unica problema que achamos foi com as vestimentas, que por ser um país mulçumano quiseram que a minha esposa se cobrisse por diversas vezes durante a refeiçao e ela estava com trajes normais de banho, que estamos acostumados no Brasil, mas no resto tudo sensacional! Passeio para ver os golfinhos muito legal, com por-do-sol inesquecivel!
