Fantastisches Stadthotel
Gleich nach der Ankunft sind wir an der Reception mit einem Glas Cava begrüsst worden. Sehr schöne helle Lobby, einladend für einen genussvollen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer Nr. 116 hat zwar keine Aussicht (Innenhof) aber bei all dem Komfort im Zimmer und zum Zweck einer Städtereise, erachten wir es keinesfalls als Nachteil. So sind viele historischen Stadthotels, die sich aber durch ihre hervorragende Renovierung in einem ganz besonderen Glanz zeigen. Für uns ein wundervoller, leider kurzer Aufenthalt von nur 1 Nacht. Wir werden das Hotel gerne wieder buchen!

Tolles Hotel direkt in der Altstadt
Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Altstadt von Alicante, zum Hafen sind es keine 5 Gehminuten. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Großes minus sind allerdings die Fenster, die nicht schalt isoliert sind, und dadurch der Lärm der Fußgänger einen schon früh morgens unangenehm weckt.

Charmantes, liebenswertes Hotel
Zimmer mit ungewöhnlichem Layout. Balkone leider zu klein, um einen Stuhl darauf zu stellen (zudem hat es gar keinen Stuhl im Zimmer; am Schreibpult gibt es nur einen kleinen Hocker). Kissen leider nur mit synthetischen Füllstoffen. Wunderbare Regenwalddusche, die aber leider die Temperatur laufend von kalt bis warm und zurück ändert (wurde beanstandet, viele Ausreden und Erklärungen...das Problem blieb). Hervorragendes Frühstück in Qualität und Auswahl. Freundliche Angestellte. Hotellage ziemlich laut.

Sehr schönes Hotel in sehr guter Stadtlage
Das Hotel ist ordentlich ausgestattet. Der Pool ist im Dachgeschoß gelegen und relativ klein. Im Hotel befinden sich ein gutes Restaurant und eine sehr ordentliche, relativ preiswerte Tapas-Bar. Hervorzuheben ist das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Ich habe im Amerigo eine wunderbar entspannte Woche verbracht.

Jemamd mit leichten Schlaf wird dieses Hotel wohl nicht gefallen ... man hat im Zimmer die ganze Nacht Strassenlärm.... Restaurant macht erst gegen 20.30 auf... Tapas Bar extrem Teuer... keine vernünftige Lounge .... geschweige vernünftige Loungemöbel...ist definitive überteuert

kein 5 Sterne Hotel
Wir haben ein Dreamer Zimmer gebucht. Das Dreamer Zimmer hatte kein Fenster, lediglich ein Fenster mit Milchglas und dahinter eine Wand. Es gab also kein Tageslicht im Zimmer. Nach 2 Nächten durften wir für die letzte Nacht unser Zimmer wechseln. Die Koffer wurden jedoch nicht wie vereinbart in das neue Zimmer gebracht. Es ging offenbar vergessen.

Absolutes Top-Hotel der *****-Kategorie, in einem wunderschönen Altbau (ehemaliger Palast), in der Nähe des Rathauses und unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand und Hafen der Stadt, die Einrichtung ist zeitgemäß, modern, die Zimmer riesig groß und wirklich dem 5-Sterne-Standard angemessen. Beautiful room, very big. Lovely big and comfortable bed. We had some black hairs in the room, who were not ours and the sink of the bathtub did not work as it should. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooftop terrace is wonderful, with a great view, great spot to catch some sun out of the wind. Sauna is separated for men and women but nice and clean. Most off the time you have a ‘private’ sauna.

Everything good except the bath/shower. To get in and out of the bath to have a shower was far too dangerous and difficult for a person in their 70s. This needs an urgent redesign. Less important -was enormous chairs taking up too much space in small bedroom. But overall we loved this hotel.

Lovely hotel in central location
We stayed for 4 nights in a suite at this lovely hotel in Alicate. This was soon after our hire car had been broken into and all our stuff stolen. The staff were very helpful and sympathetic, and we appreciated leaving our car in their secure garage. The suite was very clean , with lovely sofas and comfortable beds. The hotel is very central in the old town, well placed to visit the castle and churches.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Alicante’s “old town” the staff is welcoming, professional, and helpful. Our room was nice and comfortable, but had a couple quirks. It was up a winding stairway, with a shower whose temp regulator had a mind of its own, and where the frosted glass door to the toilet was hard to close. But these are really not-picky details that do not diminish the overall quality of the place. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very convenient and walkable to shops, dining, sightseeing and the beach. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. The one issue I had with the room was when you are wearing the hotel slippers the bathroom floor can be very slippery so you have to be careful. The buffet breakfast has many offerings and was very good. I was very comfortable here and felt safe. We were not prepared to be told when we arrived that the hotel parking was full which at first was inconvenient but the staff quickly directed us to a public parking garage that was a quick 5 minutes walk and half the cost so in the end it was better for us.

Check in correcto, no hay bebida de bienvenida y deberían ofrecerlo en un hotel de ese precio. Teléfono en la habitación no funcionaba y tuve que bajar a la recepción. La ducha funcionaba mal y se encharcaba el Baño.
