I’ve stayed in some questionable places over the years, but this was one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever stayed. I’m not even sure the room was cleaned after the last people. The sheets and pillow cases were stained (I hope stained not still dirty), the floors were dirty enough I kept my socks on, the tub was gross, there was a wad of paper over the peep hole, the walls had stuff on them, the chair looked like it was picked up off a street corner, the ice machine had what looked like mould in it and the whole building smelled and was in disrepair. I ended up bringing in my own sleeping bag to sleep in. “Breakfast” was stale bread, packaged oatmeal, bulk cereal, and a bit of fruit. I didn’t trust the coffee to try it. Downtown Albion was incredibly nice, and I’d love to come back but NEVER at this hotel.

There were dirty sheets on the bed. Cobwebs on the walls. Big, long pot holes at the entrance and exit of the property. The door would not open with key card. I left a shirt on a hanger and when I called back, conveniently they said it was there. I would like to attach pictures of the dirty sheets and cobwebs on the walls if possible. Please tell the housekeeper to enjoy my $100 Harley Davidson flannel shirt.

The Wi-Fi was not great. The hotel room was falling apartthere's no room service and ever came to clean the hotel room at all broken all over the place that parking lot was cracked and broken.

This was the worse hotel I have ever laid eyes on. When I walked in I was very scared, no one was at the front desk. I had to walk down the hall to find someone. I looked around and saw filth everywhere. Things looked broke , smelly and dirty. I had already been traveling and called to get an early check in. Upon arriving I saw the outside I was afraid to go in. It looked condemned. I felt like I was walking into a scary movie. This place was horrible. I thought with the name Wyndham, it was going to be like the photos on line. I was shocked. My husband has Multiple Sclerosis and HAS to be in a safe and clean environment. This was none of those. It made me sick to be in there the few minutes I was there. Someone from Wyndham needs to do an inspection immediately! It should be shut down and the manager should be ashamed of himself for allowing the going ons there. I asked for a refund and noticed on the print out that the lady at the front desk put a different card number than I made the reservation with. Really? I have Nothing good to say about this dump. I am going to contact the City of Albion, Wyndham, and anyone else that I feel needs to be notified for having such a place in this town. BAD HOTEL is putting it lightly. Do not stay there or waste your time making a reservation. It is so bad I wish I had taken pictures but I just want my refund and get out of there! No one should stay there.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at
Lobby was dingy. One foot size hole in the wall in our room. Visible bodily fluids on the furniture. Crusty, "used" sock found under the covers of our supposedly clean bed sheets. "Breakfast" was a loaf of bread, half a gallon of milk and cereal. Literally went to the store to buy sheets and pillow cases, as it was that bad. Considered sleeping in the car instead.

Dirty facility. I could tell they didn’t even try to clean the bathroom. The sheets were stained, and the box spring was ripped. The window to the outside was so dirty, we could not see outside, and the window was cracked.

This was a terrible terrible place to stay! It was filthy~ everywhere! It looked like the floors, walls, tables, lamps, bathroom (everywhere) had not been touched in months if not a full year. Lamps bases were rusty, light bulbs missing or completely burned out. Tables and counters had a sticky substance on them. I didn't even try the AC/Heat unit, even in low 40-50's because the unit had not been cleaned and had what appeared to be considerable amounts of mold/mildew in the vent areas. On the go breakfast? What an absolute joke and complete misleading advertisement. The hallways reeked of smoke, yet it states at the front desk the building is a NO SMOKING facility. At check in~ I was almost ignored while the desk clerk took their sweet time to print off a stack of "other " documents, as I was the ONLY person waiting. It was obvious that customer service appeared to be "I'll get to you when I finish everything else I plan to do". The ONLY positive is that the new morning desk person actually was attempting to wipe off nasty tables in the lobby for people to potentially eat....whatever was available was not visible. As I "viewed" the on the go breakfast- another customer also "viewed" and departed immediately with disgust on their face. This was a complete waste of any money and clearly NOT worth $90. Absolutely NOTHING matched any photos advertised online.

Run down. Towels were small and worn. Pool not running. Chair had rips. Bathroom door knob just hanging on the handle. No iron, but an ironing board. Only one hanger in closet. Front desk told me to use entrance far from the room. Language issues. Multiple people working on vehicles in the parking lot. Drywall patching in the room not painted. No coffee pot to go with the coffee maker.

The property is run down. It has been a very long time since the hallways and stairs were swept and there was a lingering smell of marijuana because people were smoking outside. The first room I was given adjoined another room which had a very loud family. The employees at the front desk were very kind and moved me to a quieter room.

We found the staff to be willing to please and try their best to assist us. But the wi-fi network was down, the TV remote would not work, attempts were made with different remotes, the toilet appeared to be leaking and breakfast choices were very minimal. The entire facility looked run down and in need of major updating.

Disappointed is an understatement
The pool had been closed months ago but they never updated their site. Breakfast was apples, bread, cereal, milk only. One of my kids stepped on a drywall screw that was on our floor 10 minutes after arriving. Upon entering our room there were chip crumbs on top of one of the beds. And my little one found 2 makeup brushes and a bracelet on the floor next to the bed from the previous guests.

Staff were friendly and nice! My husband went to let the dog out at 3am and there was a gentleman sleeping on the stairs. The room was ok, the toilet wouldnt fill with water the morning we left but worked the night before. The blankets had cigarette burns in them and the whole hotel had kind of a musty/moldy smell. The pool was unfortunately closed, that was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. For 64 bucks it was a bed to sleep in and they were pet friendly. I probably wouldnt stay again but it worked for us the one night. Thanks!

While the bed was comfortable, the room and property were run down and dirty. Rooms had flies, and fly strips hanging from the window blinds. Parking lot is very dimly lit and the Days Inn sign wasn’t even lit up.
