We stayed for two nights, didn't have internet in the room most of the time & the second day there was sewage smell on our floor & on the day we were leaving there was no water at all in the room. I don't recommend this hotel.

10 star service and quality. Professional and incredibly helpful staff. Delicious food. Clean, spacious rooms. Brilliant location. This was my best stay in India. I would recommend it to everyone!!!

交通はリクシャーを使うしかないけど、メトロが開通すると便利になり　もっと良くなると思う。 スタッフは皆、親切で良かった。部屋は綺麗ですが設備は少し古くなってきてるのかな？と言う感じです。全体に値段相応で良いホテルでした。

Not full of fond memories for us
We were not originally given the class of room that we had booked. The manager either didn't understand that we had pre-booked a tour (or something more sinister), but he arranged a guide to arrive next morning despite being told no - I had to disappoint the guide, poor fellow. Not sure if there is a well-located hotel in Agra - it's all a bit full-on. Don't choose this hotel if you want to walk anywhere. The restaurant downstairs has good dinner, but the breakfast isn't great. There's a great place next door (with an alcohol licence), and a couple of good clothing shops nearby.

Dear Sir/Ma'amWe provide you to the guest nice rooms but next day they show our Executive suite Rooms ,after that they demanded us to provide the same .we also provide the same .for tour guide our sales person ask you twice times but we really apologize for this miscommunication ,we will try never faced this type of issue at our place

The hotel was basic. But there again what was to be expected at the price they charge. So overall I would say it was value for money.
