Traumurlaub
Es war der beste Hotelaufenthalt, den wir je hatten. Und wir reisen viel. ;-) Das Personal war unglaublich zuvorkommend und hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Dass das Zimmer traumhaft war und das Hotel sowieso versteht sich bei einem Ritz-Carlton von selbst. Das Frühstücksbuffet war unfassbar reichhaltig. Die Lage des Hotels sei ebenfalls positiv erwähnt, gegenüber der Big Mosque. Unser Blick vom Balkon war somit traumhaft. :-) Fazit: Dieses Hotel ist jeden Cent wert und wir werden mit Sicherheit immer dort übermachten, wenn wir in Abu Dhabi sind.

Good stay with room for improvements
In general a good hotel which is deserving a 5 Star rating. But as I have stayed in a couple of other 5 Star hotels in Abu Dhabi - some weaknesses made it a 4/5 rating. Here the details: - no USB or C ports in the room (it is 2021!) - the curtains are too short to turn the room dark, especially when the Sun is burning on the balcony every morning - no SPA at the moment in the hotel, as this is one of my decision factors for a hotel it was really a pitty - the only public Bar in the hotel is a smokers Bar, this is not state of the Art, you can do that if you have 2 or bars available - It was not possible to put an extra amount of tip on my final bill which was really a pitty and makes feeling me sad at the end - the lebanese Restaurant was closed the whole week due to the stay of a sports teams - makes me feel a bit as a second class guest But to bring also some very positive factors: - the Pool area was very good and the water temperature was very much appriciated (not too cold) - the breakfast was very good and Thidar provided a cute Service every morning - the house keeping was very polite and does the daily in the afternoon instead of the morning as I was working daily during the general house keeping sessions - Chris from the Concierge service arrange a pick up of my rental car at the hotel - and last but not least: the best Restaurant you can head for is definitly The Forges, outstanding service, meat performed at its best and Swapnil has been the best host ever

Top Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service am Grand Canal in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Großen Moschee. Großer Pool. Viele Familien mit Kleinkindern, die auch im hoteleigenen Kids Club betreut werden können. Tip Zimmer im Venetian Wing buchen. Große Zimmer in ruhiger Lage. Schöne Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe am Grand Canal. Empfehlenswert Restarant Forge direkt im Hotel. Ausgezeichnete Steaks und erstklassiger Servive.

auf RITZ ist Verlass , es hätte nicht besser sein können , wir residierten im Venetian village des Hotels , in der Nähe Restaurants, Bars und das Spa ,alles auf dem Hotelgelände,dass mit einem riesigen Park und Pool punktet, . jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erledigt und gab es ein faux pa, wurde sofort reagiert und sich entschuldigt,selbst wenn das leckere Schwarzbrot zur Neige ging,kam der Koch mit frischem neuen Brot direkt an den Tisch,wo hat man ,frau das schon, absoluter Service !

Sehr gut geschultes Personal , Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut sortiert. Künstlich angelegter Strand ist ok. Betten waren toll und bequem. Hotel is very new, however the quality does not correspond with hotel chain and price level. What was good: coffee machine in rooms; balcony with pool/seaside. What was not so good: Toilets were not working in all buildings for one day. No proactive and helpful information towards hotel guests, no appologize. Price of the stay was not reduced. Prices for Internet correspond with prices 20 years back (20 EUR per day) 1,5 hours waiting for bellman with our begs, three calls to reception in order to get it Room service was removing book tags from the Books (book Tag was provided by Ritz)

Wir buchten 5 Nächte im Ritz um über Eid aus Saudi Arabien zu flüchten. Mit ein Hauptgrund für unsere Wahl war der Kids Club in dem wir unsere Kinder abliefern konnten um ein paar Runden Golf spielen zu können. Das Hotel ist neu und das merkt man vorallem am Personal, wo noch der letzte Schliff fehlt. Besonderst beim Frühstück waren einige überlastet und das bei ca. 50% Auslastung. Generell ist das Buffet OK aber nicht überragend! Der Pool ist groß aber nicht besonders kreativ gestaltet, den Strand haben wir uns nicht angesehen, da am Kanal gelegen. Pool Bar gibt es nicht nur zwei Bars links und rechts am Pool. Schön ist das eisgekühltes Wasser am Pool gereicht wird und das gelegentlich kleine Häppchen verteilt werden - kostenfrei natürlich. Prima war der Kids Club. Unsere Tochter und Sohn hatten ihren Spass dort und überraschender Weise ist er kostenfrei. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt aber dunkel da der überdachte Balkon Licht abhält. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral im Sinne von "alles ist innerhalb von 20min per Taxi zu erreichen". Die Preise sind für ein Hotel dieser Klasse und für Abu Dhabi normal aber im internationalen Vergleich nicht günstig. Alles in allem ist das Ritz Carlton ein Hotel was man empfehlen kann.

Awesome stay in Ritz Carlton, we were celebrating our first anniversary and they made it really amazing. The personnel, the services, the food were all perfect. Restaurants are really good and kudos for restaurant the forge! We’ll definitely come back.
