Zimmer zugeteilt bekommen. Nach dem betreten des Zimmers, direkt modriger Geruch. Boden war feucht (Teppich), Fensterrahmen waren schimmlig und das Badezimmer sehr schecht geputzt z. B. Intimhaare in der Dusche Glasablage total staubig..... und das konnte man nun wirklich nicht übersehen. Nach Reklamation, dass wir das Zimmer nicht nehmen, wurde sich liebevoll um ein Ersatzzimmer gekümmert. Hotellführung hat aber unser erstes Zimmer kontolliert und bestätigt, dass dieser Zustand nicht zumutbar ist. Ein neues Zimmer bekommen und dies war wirkich super. Dake für die Mühe.

Sehr freundliches und hiflreiches Personal. Der gebotene Parkplatz des Hotels fällt etwas klein aus, aber wir hatten Glück. Parkhäuser in der Umgebung sind nämlich sehr teuer. Die Lage des Hotels macht die Innenstadt zügig erreichbar.

If you contacted reception during your stay we could of solved the problem for you by offering to open the window further or issuing fans to the room

Ideale Stadtlage zum günstigen Preis
Freundliches Hotel in Zentrumsnähe (mit Hotelparkplatz in ruhiger Stadtlage, nette Pubs, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe) - die Zimmer sind komfortabel, haben ein ausreichendes Platzangebot, sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem und das Frühstücksbuffet bietet viel Auswahl.

Nettes Hotel Nähe der Altstadt
Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel. Wir waren zu viert und hatten ein Familienzimmer. Das Bettsofa war nicht so bequem aber für eine oder zwei Nächte kein Problem. Könnten zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden. Restaurants sind auch in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Sollten wir wieder Aberdeen besuchen, würden wir den Holiday Inn Express besuchen.

Apparently, there was a night club at the end of the street and it was niisy in the room all night as the clubbers passed by the hotel. Ear plugs were supplied in the room when we arrived. Now we know why.

Worth every penny! The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious; however, i would say what I liked most about this property is the professionalism of the staff. I appreciate going to a place where I know I can get quality for a good price. The breakfast is very enjoyable as well.

Really nice location, you can walk to any areas downtown Aberdeen. Breakfast is very good as well. What could improve is the room I stayed did not have any drawers to organize my clothes and the couch had a huge stain nobody bothered to clean when I requested. One weekend some guest were so loud and rude they left the breakfast area like a war zone. Staff did the best it could to keep that place clean.

Ok and very reasonably priced. No air con and very stuffy room. Mattress very soft, probably old and needs replaced. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast good. Location excellent and parking very useful

We stayed next door to a Finnie room. Some of the staff are non stop slamming the door and we woken up by it. They did not even think that there would probably a guest next door. Talked to the reception about it on the first day of our stay, who is very nice but it happened again the next day.

Cheap with breakfast and comfy. Close to dining out and rooms good. Only down fall is parking limited at hotel but ncp car park near by and not to expensive

It was all fine until approx 5am when there was a commotion in the hallway outside our room , doors getting slammed and raised voices , we couldn’t get back to sleep after it.

Parking was limited within the hotel however there was a council ran card park 5 mins up the road. The breakfast was not the best. Yes there was variety but not cooked to best of quality. Walls are paper thin and anyone walking up and down the corridors amplifies regardless of the time of day
