„Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, jeder Zeit ist ein kostenloser Shuttlebus zur Verfügung aber auch zu Fuß nicht zu weit 15-20 Min. Die Stadt ist eine Reise weht. Die Flussfahrt ist ein Muß, aber die kurze ( ca 2 Std.) ist ausreichend. Das Personal im Hotel ist super , spricht ein verständliches Englisch 😊 Rund um ein schöner Aufenthalt. Auch der Preis ist mehr als angemessen. “

„The hotel apparently changed its name and is now called Guilin Inn. It is located inside a beautiful park and a shuttle service brings you from the entrance of the park to the hotel. The hotel itself feels like being an tempel/park itself. It’s rather beautiful and quiet! Room was pretty big and clean. Breakfast was a bit lacking I would say, but still okay. Service was very friendly with not very good English skills. “

„My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were dingy and dirty. The shower drain was clogged with hair so our shower water wouldn't drain and would flood the entire bathroom. The air conditioning was weak and couldn't cool down the room (Guilin can get extremely hot and humid, so AC is pretty important). „Moon Villa provided quite possibly the best customer service that I've ever had from a hotel in recent memory! They catered to our every need and offered excellent care from before arrival through departure. The resort is perfectly situated in the scenic part of Yangshou and just a few km from downtown (which is easily accessible by bike or free shuttle van. The rooms are new, modern, comfortable, and spacious. We are excited to go back Moon Villa and can't recommend it enough!“
