Had to ask 4 times to activate our second key card, even then the staff didn't take enough interest to follow me to the room to make sure it worked. Light in the bathroom went out multiple times, which was doubly inconvenient given that the switch was on the outside wall. Yes, left totally in the dark in the bsthroom with no switch! Didn't ask the staff to check on it considering their prior disinterest. Breakfast ...

„there was a distinct smell of cigarettes in the lobby. The TV did'nt work. The breakfast was terrible and sparse. The whole place looks neglected. The staff were not professionally dressed. I was there with a team for athletic competition. Breakfast was inedible for them. “
