„Noch nie so Probleme gehabt wie hier. Wir wurden am Flughafen trotz Shuttlebuchung vergessen, Das wir Zimmer reserviert hatten war auch nicht wirklich bekannt. Inkl. „Started bad: no staff at check-in (if there are guests to come, there should be somebody). The fittings were messy (not just dirty) and bad fixed. In the bathtub you always have the feeling to break through. No warm water. TV is absolutely not working (so I pulled the plug), wifi bad. Breakfast variety is awful. Staff is very friendly, beds were clean. Read carefully about room service! Two and a half stars definitely are minimum two stars to much! Sorry, never again!“

„My pod had a cockroach. Eeks! Nuff said. Reception area too far from the room. Staff are nice but took a long time to respond. My pod was 25C. It turns out the AC on the room was not on. It’s organized alright but the toilet needs to be cleaned. It had stains in the bowl. Eeks! Water pressure was minimal when two people are showering at the same time. I like that they provide slippers and drinking water but the roach was a total turn off. I had insect bites when I woke up. Not coming back here.“

„D522 war ein sehr kleiner Raum (190cm breit und 240cm lang) mit Schrägdach und ohne Fenster. Es lag eine be- spannte Matratze und ein kleines Handtuch drin und sonst nichts. Die Kleidung konnte man nirgendwo unterbringen oder aufhängen. Aber für eine Nacht und nur zum Schlafen war's okay.“
