„Everything was so clean, enjoyed the atmosphere of the Marina. The only issue was flooding on the only road to access the property, caused by a "freak" rainstorm. This was by no means the fault of property management. Publix, Winn Dixie and Walgreens are all in walking distance. “

„Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. “

Your wagon is needed to transport your items from your car to the boathouse. Other than that, everything was perfect hurry up and booked your stay.“

„My husband and I enjoyed our 2 night stay on the Bonne Vie (which means "Good Life" in French). It was the good life for us - he was able to fish off the back and I read books on the front of the boat. When it got too hot we could jump in the water to cool off! There are lots of great restaurants to try in Key Largo and we took a cooler of snacks for the boat. There are mosquitos in the evening - but we enjoy camping (and there are always mosquitos when camping) so a little bug spray did the ...

„My partner had never been to Boston where I had lived for 10 years, back in the 1980's. The houseboat was a perfect stay as we both love the water and boating. It's cozy, charming, and a delightful experience we'll always remember. Jon was a wonderful host, and we were welcomed by his wife's delicious banana bread! We highly recommend the accommodations.“

„We walked around the harbor a bit before finding the boat. Glad the hosts were so responsive! The boat is outfitted with everything you need. Bathroom is tiny but entirely functional (instructions for toilet and shower could be included with the check-in information in the future, to have it up front). Beds are delightfully cozy. „The electronic lock on door did not work. I was not aware there was a lock box and did not have a code. My phone did not get service in that area. A neighbor finally came home and let me use his phone. I got code and key. Please let others know about lock box and code. Rest of visit was enjoyable“
