„Es war eine gute Ankunft, sehr freundlich, verfügbar und gute information für die Besuch der Stadt . Was uns nicht gefallen hat, im Zimmer am Abend, ein bisschen kalt gewesen! Sonst ist alles super gewesen. Schönes Hotel, gute Lage.“

Unfortunately the bathroom has no windows and a clogged ventilation and thats why the bathroom was mouldy. The beds were comfortable (some hard, some soft). The room had an alarm system (door and movements) and was cleaned daily during our stay. „Sehr guter Empfang, allerdings nicht 24/7. Parken ist problemetisch. Am besten für kurzfristeiges Parken z. B. Be- und Entladen das Parkhaus am Mercat Central benutzen. Eng aber günstig. Aber aufpassen. Keinesfalls länger als 2 Stunden dort parken. Lieber am Arno die Parkuhr-Parkplätze nutzen, die sind ab 20 Uhr gratis und sicherer als am Parkhaus. Schöne große Zimmer.“

„Bei Adligen hausen, welche einem das Gefühl geben selbst ein Adliger zu sein. Respektvoller Umgang, perfekter Service und freundlichstes Personal an zentralster Lage, was will man mehr?! :)“

„We had a large spacious studio like room for 4 people. The bathroom was updated with a nice shower. This property is outside the city center but close to multiple bus lines. Breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly. “

„Really excellent location in an old building. Close to lots of sights. There's 1 window on the bedroom which is large but high up so you can only see the street if you stand on the ledge to see out. Air conditioning is only allowed from June to September but due to hot weather we requested to use it in may which was allowed by the owner. I wasn't aware of this law and I didn't see it on the listing. Maybe missed it but I tried hard to find it afterwards so if it is there it's not obvious.“

„Check in: In order to check in late I had to go to a restaurant across the street to pick up my keys. Everything worked perfect and smooth and as fast as at a normal reception. The room: The appartment floor was very clean and nice. The room itself was more than I expected. Everything felt brand new - from bathroom to bed to floor and towels: Great equipped and with everything you could wish for. There´s also not only the usual fridge but also a collection of wine if you wish to have ...

„Fantastic location & a super friendly Vanesa. Outside the room its a bit noisy at night but it’s a great location so that’s 100% forgiven. It’s also up 4 flights of stairs but the lift takes care of that. Well recommended.“

„We rent a tent there, Glamping was great a tenet very clean with all you need, bathroom, closet… Many stuffs working in camping area to organise everything , location is a bit far but there is a shuttle and renting a bike as options.“
