Description

Titanic: The Artefact Exhibition - Dive deep into years of history, from the shores of England to the depths of the Atlantic. Sail back in time as you travel through an interactive exhibition comprised of authentic artefacts, historical items and full-scale room recreations such as the Grand Staircase, First Class Cabin, the Verandah Cafe, the boiler room, and more. Step out onto the Promenade Deck where you can walk beneath the stars and feel the chill of the Atlantic Ocean air.

Actors in authentic period costumes portray Titanic passengers and deliver first hand accounts of their experience on her maiden—and final—voyage.

The exhibition includes more than 300 artefacts and historical treasures, including the “Little Big Piece”, a section of the ship's hull weighing in at 3 tonnes, the second largest piece of the Titanic ever recovered. As you tour the exhibition, experience all the allure and spectacle of this doomed ship that still lies in the depths of the Atlantic.

Very informative and a lesson in history. Well done and actors were interactive. We will return with grandkids next year.

The exhibit was educational and awe inspiring that you were actually in the same room as artifacts from the Titanic. There was also a piece of the hull that they encouraged you to touch! The staff was quite disorganized and their ticket system through Expedia was more of a hassle than expected. We found ourselves going out of our way not to be cornered by an ill-tempered Irishman and phonetically challenges 1st Class passenger from New Jersey (perhaps?). The gift shop had many reasonably priced treasures that we happily purchased for remembering the exhibit. It’s a shame that the only photos you are allowed to take are the hokey staged positions that staff requests. Those are for purchase only.
