Description

Live it up Boston-style and journey back to the one of the most significant turning points in American history. Visit restored ships at this historic and awe-inspiring attraction.

Set out on a course through history and relive the period in time when the US gained its independence and freedom as a nation. This tour provides an authentic look at the Boston Tea Party and the events that shaped the evening of December 16, 1773.

Explore Griffin’s Wharf and board 2 ships, the Eleanor and the Beaver. Throw the fated tea into Boston Harbour alongside our costumed historical interpreters and hear the dramatic events surrounding the “single most important event leading up to the American Revolution”. View the Robinson Tea Chest, the only known surviving tea chest from the Boston Tea Party and experience it’s amazing storey. Exploring “Griffin’s Wharf” has been designed with social distancing in mind, and the majority of your visit will be spent outdoors.

End the day at the gift shop or at Abigail's Tea Room, where you can find all you want to know about brewing tea and its roots in American history. Enjoy one free cup of exclusive “Abigail’s Blend” Tea offered at the counter in the Tea Room.
