Love this hotel. Stayed in the towers, which are less expensive, but still very good. The staff was so professional. They are there at every turn to help. The lobby is beautiful.

Great place to stay. Staff was great. The only thing was I was charged at check out for room cleaning and incidentals. I don’t mind paying for room cleaning but the little things like shampoo, toothbrush and etc…. I thought was free. I feel bad because I didn’t know this was considered incidentals and denied using any incidentals and the charge was removed. (I thought it only pertained to the mini bar). The next hotel stay is where I understood what incidentals involved. I’m so sorry for not understanding. I would stay there again. Supermarket in the basement was great and what we missed at the next hotel stay.
