This place was probably amazing 20 years ago.

The building and pool area is pretty nice... but it has not been maintained and it´s now a little sad sight and its so much chlorine in the water it burns your eyes. The rooms are all leaking air from outside, aircondition hardly working, mosquito net holes are plugged with toilet paper and the beds hard and we had three nights of bad sleep. Not enough staff for such a big building. I would not stay here again.

Booked into a filthy poolside room - tissue blocking hole in door, all very tatty and old - spoke to reception and moved us to a far better room - breakfast ok and pool very clean -every day hotel seemed to let 'outsiders' in to use pool n facilities - so pretty noisy!! Wi- Fi was very poor, location some way from town - price we got was low but reflected the Hotel - they really need to sort jaded rooms and wi- Fi

Nice enough, but a bit out of the way

The hotel staff really tried hard to please. The accommodations were fine, however the hotel is a bit out of the way if you do not have a vehicle. Very friendly and helpful staff

Old But Well Maintained. Close to Thai consulate.

Gut: Old but well maintained. Clean. Big single room. I didn't use all the room but it felt good to be in such a big room. No staying in a closet feel.
Nicht so gut: They make a decent effort to mimic European and North American foods in the restaurant but don't quite get there. OK but couldn't eat there every day.
Lage: If you are an expat making a visa run to the Thai consulate you can walk there in about 10 to 15 min. Otherwise, nothing touristy nearby.
Staff work with English pretty well. U.S. Dollars, Laos Kip and Thai Baht welcome in on site restaurant and to hire rides. CCs welcome in the restaurant and in the lobby to pay for rides. Hot and cold water yes but low water pressure. TV has stations representing many different languages. Free WiFi yes but spotty performance. If you absolutely, positively must have an internet connection don't stop here, keep looking. Didn't use pool but it looked clean and well cared for.
