My room was described as "5 single bunk beds" but the room was of "6 bunk beds 2 single beds". When I asked the receptionist and told they are giving wrong information, she just said "yes we are"... She was quite rude.
While booking on Expedia, it said "breakfast included" but then it wasn't and my receipt didn't show this. Another friend had the same problem. So much misinformation..
Their main concept is giving you a bed but not a good experience. Bathrooms are super dirty (even sink is not doing its job to keep itself clean :D). Worst part was, they checked in an alcoholic guy in the middle of the night who smelled so much that they obviously knew he is an alcoholic. He came to our room at 5 am and opened the light, we were all awake! They kept this guy, but I changed my room.
I just don't like the way they treat you, like a room full of animals that they want to charge as much as they can.
