From check-in to check out, everything was excellent. The property is very clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was great and ALL of the staff I interacted with was friendly, helpful and polite. Luisa checked us in and she made us feel so welcomed. Rooms have a fridge and microwave and even the free toiletries in the bathroom are nice. I would definitely stay here again. It exceeded my expectations.

The property was clean and the rooms were large, but the rest of the hotel was just average. Having a room on the first floor was a nightmare for someone who is a light sleeper. VERY poor soundproofing allowed voices to be heard from other rooms; running and pacing sounds were heard from the room above, which was not conducive to a full night’s sleep. In addition, being woken up every morning to VERY strong odors of cooking was not only surprising, it also physically nauseating. I’m sorry to say that the positives of the physical facility (clean and large rooms, decent free breakfast, and convenient location) do not make up for the negatives we encountered.
