I loved that my room had a washer and stove, and a water boiler so I could make instant coffee, ramen or tea. If you like soft beds, reconsider this hotel. "Overall this was a good stay. Front desk was very helpful. Besides the Incheon memorial there’s not a lot to do in this area. Lots of traffic . Lots of restaurants. My only complaint concerning the hotel is the lack of adequate WiFi . Hit and miss at best. Neither did google maps aide me in getting around. Would only suggest public transportation routes, not walking routes. I didn’t get a chip for my phone. That may help. I got no phone reception on the street. Anywhere in Incheon. "

"Great location: City Hall subway station is basically just behind the hotel; K Airport Limousine bus stop is also there; walkable to Namdaemun (10 mins) and Myeongdong (15-20 mins); convenience stores, bakeries, cafes and restaurants on nearby streets. Facilities & Staff: Really spacious rooms for our extended stay and suites were perfect layout for families; complimentary bottled water every day; super friendly and helpful staff; easy to use washer and dryer; secured elevator access for guests. Minuses: Refrigerators in rooms were not very cold; no hand sanitizer in fitness room; being in an "office" area (lots of banks etc around), some of the restaurants immediately near the hotel do close early or are closed on certain days. Overall would definitely stay here again for the amenities and location! "
