The property is well maintained and very clean and the staff were extremely friendly! Breakfast was also excellent! The gentleman at the check in desk when we checked in was gracious and was able to secure a parking spot for us in the underground lot as well, which is good because otherwise the streets were so narrow and crowded around the hotel, there was no where to park. Overall, we had a great stay. The only negative is getting to the location of the hotel down the very narrow roads.

I was not aware i had to pay a 100 euro deposit IN CASH. It took the property 36 hours to make the room AC work.
Breakfast was adequate but items which should be warm were not.
The adverising on Expedia is not accuate. The apparently nearby swimming pool is 2km away in a partner hotel.

"Absolutely amazing, the staff were wonderful and very friendly, the top floor room was immaculate and modern, the bed was fabulous, bathroom with a bidet and good hot water, great pressure - amazing value for money, the Continental breakfast was great and the all day coffee was excellent - right ..."
