An earlier check in was not permitted. Fine. When I arrived at the correct time, my room wasn't ready. Ok - luggage in the locker. Return to discover they put me in another room. The TV did not work, the bathroom had a terrible sewage smell (likely faulty pipes) that got worse at certain hours of the day when people were likely to use the toilet (morning and evening). While I asked for redress during my staff, their limited hours meant a 3 pm complaint would not be addressed in a timely way. Do not recommend for the price they ask. Easily the worst place I stayed in Spain.

it was very fast trip to madrid , 2 nights, actually the location of hotel is good , but the room in very small , location of the hostal is amazing in the heart of Gran Via, but an important notice , check-in need to install application and get the codes which may be difficult to some poeple , so that the hostal should inform that to the guest.

The best was the location, short distance to most of the central places so did not have to spench much in transport, the windows are good soundproof could not heard anything. The rooom has the basic essentials to stay for a few days. Dislike: The cleaning services did not exist they did not clean our room and provided towels the last day of our stay. They dont offer a fridge or kettle amenities. Small things they should improve but overall the location is a plus and cant complaing, also their check in services was good theiy use the lastest technology

It was a convenient economic hotel . The best part is the location you can walk to any ware and the metro station is a few walks from the hotel. You need to read all the instructions before you go to the property because is no a lobby or any employee of the hotel you can contact by what’s up or phone they are available always . If you going to stay a few days y a economic budget i highly recommended the place,
