Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Aurora-Denver Conference Center was part of an Expedia package. It was a great deal on good hotel, but there were a few things that could've been better. By no fault of their own, the area immediately outside the hotel was under construction. This of course made navigating around the hotel a little tricky since my GPS didn't account for the blocked off roads. Then there was the multi level parking garage which was convenient and close, but separate from the hotel itself. A pedestrian bridge to the hotel would've been nice rather than walking around the outside of the hotel to gain entry from the garage. Also, we were supposed to be able to access free parking by scanning our room key, but the front desk warned us that it wasn't working. We had to buzz the front desk anytime we wanted to park in the hotel garage. Street parking was very limited due to the construction. As for the onsite restaurant, Borealis; it appeared quite nice. During my stay it always seemed busy. I didn't have a chance to eat there during my stay, but they seemed to offer an attractive menu of appetizing options at fair prices. My husband had breakfast there a few times but was not impressed. The hotel overall was what you'd expect from a Hyatt. Clean, nicely decorated and nicely appointed. The service as well was great as you would expect from a Hyatt. Hotel staff were polite, personable, and responsive. The rooms were nice, but the showers were unfortunately lukewarm...

This was our 3rd time staying at this property. It’s close to lots of amazing dining options (Pig and Sprout is the bomb and it’s right across the street) The staff at the hotel is amazing and very welcoming and accommodating (Especially Miss Joy!). Our favorite place to stay in LoDo. Only issue was our room was stuffy and the AC unit is LOUD and woke us up multiple times during the night. Please update these units! Don’t remember having that issue the last couple of times we stayed there

This hotel has just the basics…. Comfortable room, basic breakfast ( although, there were problems everyday with supplies running out ), and Smoking in the rooms, which permeated all the hallways.
