Charming Seaside Villa
My wife and I visited from Canada and spent 4 days in the villa during a 2 week trip to Italy and staying in this villa was the absolute highlight. The location couldn’t be more perfect, being able to walk to the Cala dell’acquaviva to swim several times a day is perfection. If a five minute walk along the water is too far there is also a small private swimming spot with direct access from the property. There’s even an outdoor shower for after swimming, which is a dream. The massive rooftop deck is a great spot for meals or evening drinks. We didn’t have any issues that required assistance but the hosts Linda & Stefano were friendly and wonderful people. The small town of Castro nearby is charming and quaint, we rented a boat for the day and went to town for groceries and morning coffee. My wife and I will be back and hopefully sooner rather than later. Thank you Linda & Stefano!!

Beautiful place
So much better than individual pictures can show. Lots of outdoor spaces, a beautiful Mediterranean garden with direct access to the sea and a short walk to a great beach. An outdoor shower and gorgeous covered sunbathing/relaxing/eating terrace with a 5* view. Highly recommend

Fabulous roof terrace with a sea view
We really enjoyed staying in the lovely house overlooking the sea, the roof terrace was spectacular and relaxing. We also loved being able to walk down to a rocky cove for an evening or morning swim. Linda was very helpful and the house was comfortable for a family of 4 We took an evening drive to Otranto along the scenic coast and enjoyed delicious seafood for supper. We also went south to the heel of Italy Santa Maria Di Leuca a hot a fabulous day. Would recommend the house and area to others. Thank you Linda

Toller Urlaub
Tolle Lage des Hauses mit wunderschönem Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Die Lage entschädigt für andere kleine Nachteile. Es ist gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben bei kleinen Fragen schnell und freundlich reagiert. Die Kommunikation fand ausschließlich auf italienisch statt. Am Ende waren wir mit dem Preis Leistung Verhältnis zufrieden! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Wir würden vielleicht kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge geben wollen: - Matratzen können ausgewechselt werden - viele Defekte Töpfe in der Küche können entsorgt werden - die Schränke sind leider nicht nutzbar, weil sie riechen. Das ist verständlich bei der Feuchtigkeit vom Meer. Vielleicht wären Offene Regale aus Metall besser? Wir haben unsere Sachen einfach im Koffer gelassen. - Das wlan muss auch dringend repariert werden. 😉 Ich habe das Objekt dennoch schon weiter empfohlen! Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Vielen Dank!!!

Bellissima proprietà con accesso diretto al mare. La terrazza ben arredata offre una vista stupenda, spettacolare al tramonto. Nella casa c'è tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza confortevole. La proprietaria, premurosa, rimane in contatto con l'ospite per eventuali necessità. Unica nota dolente il wifi non funziona. Un suggerimento per rendere la casa ancora più confortevole è quello di installare un condizionatore d'aria nella camera da letto ed uno nella cucina dove il sole la fa da padrone.

L’accès à la mer.
L’accès à la mer est génial et un vrai luxe dans un pays où le plages sont toujours bondées. La terrasse, un endroit délicieux. La famille de Linda et stefano est charmante. Par contre pas de réseau téléphonique et pas de wifi. Ça permet de déconnecter mais c’est mieux de le savoir avant car si il y a un soucis, vous n’êtes pas joignable Merci aux frères et sœurs de stefano et à sa maman si gentille. Sophie

Un endroit merveilleux
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce petit coin de paradis que Linda et Stefano ont bien voulu partager. La vue de la terrasse est superbe et l'accès à la mer direct. A ce sujet pas d'inquiétude à avoir, le jardin donne sur les rochers aménagés en marches vers la mer, sinon à 5 min à pied par les rochers il y a un ponton en bois et des escaliers aménagés . N'hésitez Pas si vous chercher le calme les pieds dans l’eau.
