"This hotel is sooooo clean. The rooms are lovely. THe staff are very friendly. I did ask for a kettle, given to me straight away. The prices in the bar are very good. Breakfast is plentiful. We walked to the Suke with ease. Pleasant walk downhill and along the prom to some great restaurants. Easy to hop into a cab outside the hotel. They also stop along the road to offer you lifts anywhere you wish to go. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again."

"Had short five night stay here. Overall it was excellent. We were on an all inclusive basis. Our room was a very large king bed room not with a pool view and was overlooking a walkway down to the beach. This was not a problem as there area is generally quiet and for the amount of time we actually spent in the room the extra cost of a pool view was not worth it. The choice of food was excellent. Catering for all tastes and of a high quality in all restaurants. Staff were excellent. Drinks were also excellent with all options on offer including well known brands. Pool area was excellent and immaculate. Pool staff were friendly and helpful. The only two negatives for us were the evening entertainment and our check-in experience. The evening entertainment was not particularly varied and amounted to the RIU activities crew dancing to a variety of themes. The crew themselves were very enthusiastic but a wider variety would be good. Our check-in seemed to takes ages. This I believe was down to a brand new member of staff who clearly had been left to it and was not fully up to speed. Eventually we got to our room and it was not ready. I actually think she’d given us the wrong room as we were unable log into the RIU app under that room. We went for lunch and the room issue had been resolved after a revisit to reception and contact with a competent receptionist. Would not hesitate to return. "

"We are a family of 6 adults and this was the perfect location and the hotel being all inclusive was perfect for a group like us. Loads of activities with something for everyone from yoga to tennis and surfing. We all loved it. The food was of a very high standard and varied everyday which was welcome when you have a buffet everyday. We only left the resort once in the week we were there as there was so much to do. Also I have to call out the cleaning staff. The hotel is spotless and all the cleaning staff we were nice and friendly. There is also lots of space. And generally the vibe is very chilled with everyone respecting each other so no real noise by the pool. Also the entertainment staff really made a huge effort to ensure everyone is entertained with different themes every night. One note to remember is that this is primarily a German hotel. All exercise classes , entertainment etc. are in German. It wasn’t an issue for us as you can still follow along in exercise classes. My only suggestion for improvement is to reduce the amount of plastic bottles. The hotel is very generous with bottles of water but this results in a huge amount of plastic use. A suggestion would be to provide all guests with a reusable bottle for the duration of the stay and then provide multiple water points to refill the bottles. Currently there is only one water foundation location at the gym. I highly recommend this hotel and we’ll definitely be going back. Thank you. "
