Activity itinerary

During this class you will learn how to make fresh eggs pasta, fettuccine, and Ravioli, but also how to prepare a perfect pizza. You will start to mix fluor, water and yeast for your pizza dough then you will prepare also the pasta-dough, with flour and eggs, then the filling for the ravioli with best available ingredients. You will prepare also a real " Sugo al Pomodoro", (italian tomato sauce). After, you will discover all the secrets to cook your pizza in the best way , to make the real Italian homemade pizza. At the end of your class, you will be tasting all the delicacies you prepared together wine local wine.
