Es gab keine persönliche Interaktion mit den Mitarbeitern. Die gesamte Interaktion erfolgte über den Link, und das Zimmer wurde weder gereinigt noch Wasser oder Kaffee bereitgestellt, sodass wir es selbst tun mussten, daher halte ich es für nicht gut.

self check in super easy, tram station infront of hotel, quiet central, has (very) small balcony which was a plus!

Great room, clean and comfortable, but street is a bit loud and only a vending machine downstairs for drinks or food.
