Die Hygiene und Sauberkeit der Nasszelle lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich kann nicht verstehen, dass die Toiletten nicht mit einer WC-Bürste ausgestattet sind. Wenn dann am nächsten Abend der Dreck immer noch in der Schüssel klebt, ist das ein Armutszeugnis.

Die Rezeption war beim An- und Abreisen sehr freundlich und speditiv. Das Essen war ok, nicht spitze, aber wir waren froh, um diese Zeit noch etwas zu bekommen. Das Servicepersonal war nicht sehr aufmerksam. Wir mussten immer rufen und der Tisch wurde nie abgeräumt.

Ablauf beim Lavabo war defekt. Wurde an der Reception gemeldet. Frühstück war vielfältig. Mir schien, dass der Käse nicht mehr ganz frisch war. Warme Kartoffelpuffer waren nicht besonders gut. Sämtliches Geschirr und Besteck war nicht sauber. Müsste nach dem Waschen mit Tüchern richtig getrocknet werden (Ich weiss, dass dazu oft die Zeit fehlt oder dies das Reinigungspersonal nicht weiss). Positiv ist, dass das Frühstück bereits ab 04:00 Uhr möglich ist. Die Qualitätsmängel können sicher noch verbessert werden. Davon bin ich überzeugt. Werde zu gegebenem Zeitpunkt wieder Ihr Gast sein. Vielleicht war meine Beanstandung nur ein Einzelfall. MfG
