No elevator. Had to carry 40 lb. Suitcase up stairs (though a little old lady on staff did offer to help). No meat for breakfast. Orange juice dispenser empty for entire stay. No tea bags. Room service never made beds or exchanged linens over three night stay. Rooms were clean.

I paid 191.00 for 2 nights and i went in the first room and it stunk soo bad that i almost threw up it amelled like smoke really really bad!!! Changed rooms and it also stunk and was disgusting and dirty. I had my 2 grandkids and i felt unsafe sanitary wise. I want a refund Please

The room wasn’t the cleanest. Soap and used wash cloth was in the shower Lip stick was on the bed sheets No tv remote control The night manager a young woman was very nice and helpful. Also Dave the other night manager was very nice and helpful. The price was right but the quality was not.

When i checked in for my first night, the lady that greeted me seemed inebriated and was hard to understand what she was saying. After being checked in, I walked in my room and noticed multiple stains on both beds comforters and sheets along with the shower being filthy. I also noticed dog poop near the font door that seems to have been there a while and clearly not picked up. By no means do i need fancy place to stay but this place was by far the WORST place i have ever stayed. I highly recommend no one stay here

We went to breakfast at 7:30 and the coffee was empty. There was nobody at the desk or anywhere else to take care of it. We gave up and we to the Bob Evans next door. Later, a person at the desk seemed not to care about the issue.

ROOM OKAY BUT COULD HEAR EVERY NOISE IN THE PLACE
NOISY! Could year almost every word the people next to us were saying. The people above were STOMPING instead of walking. We thought they were going to fall through the ceiling. The toilet seat was loose so my husband brought in tools & fixed it. Way too much money for this place.

Not worth it. Look elsewhere.
We had to book this stay for a family reunion, and it was a last minute choice, we heard not great things but decided to give it a try. Check in took quite a while, then we got to our room, which was pretty dirty, you could tell they missed sweeping and there was still trash in the bathroom. The beds were super firm and just wasn't very comfortable. The worst part was breakfast in the morning. We got up at 7:30 the first night, the coffee cups are TINY and there was like 6 pieces of bread, two cereals and waffles and one banana and a couple of apples. Which was fine, but our second and last morning we went down to grab something fast, it was only 7:45, There was two pieces of bread, no fruit at all and only waffles maker. So we all said screw that and went to Bob Evans.

The location was convenient, easy to find and get in and out of; the room was clean and tidy. Liked the fact that there was a blanket, rather than a puffy "comforter," on the bed. But there was some discomfort. The room seemed clammy despite the ventilation. Our towels never dried, even though I spread them on hangers near the vent unit. One bath towel was fine - the other, small and thin. One lamp had a burned-out bulb. The phone appeared dead. One wall switch did nothing. (?) The little foyer at the entrance door (near room 126) had an unsightly number of dead bugs. There was a lot of cigarette butts outside the door, but that reflects more on your clients than on you.

Me gusto mucho fuimos por 4 día y si tengo que volver me quedaría en este hotel la recesionista siempre se estaba riendo son muy amable lo único que pienso es que la piscina deberían de pintarla por que seve como sucia pero no es sucia yo lo comprobé y bajarle un poco el cloro me pico mucho los ojos pero después de ahi todo me gusto el serviocio es muy bueno, en el desayuno yo pido que deberían poner unos huecos lol pero el precio es muy barato entiendo

TP terrible, no Kleenex, not enough towels, not enough towels, did not freshen up room, breakfast disappointing as no sweet rolls, eggs, bacon or sausage. Halls smell. Smoke detector hanging low and told them but not fixed. Friendly at desk but some breakfast seats were sticky and tables unclean. Not enough help!
