Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch am Pool waren immer Liegen frei, was bei anderen Hotels nicht immer der Fall ist.

Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, immer hilfsbereit und wir haben uns einfach wie Zuhause gefühlt. Sehr schöne Anlage zum Spaziergehen und Schwimmen bzw. Fotos machen. Wäre schön wenn der Pool leicht beheizt wäre, aber ansonsten alles perfekt. Def. empfehlenswert :)

Quite and peaceful place to stay
Quite and peaceful place,. Beautiful view to mountains. Very clean and maintained hotel. Spacious room. Breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and vegetables. We loved the place and certainty coming back then next time in Zakynthos. One thing I can't understand - during my stay 3 days, nobody came to clean room nor take out trash, maybe because hotel was closing down for off season.

Everything has been great! The staff is really nice and always keen to give us an advise regarding where to go/eat; they also help us with the rent of a car. Breakfast was good and the room big and clean. The hotel is in a really good position close to the beach and lots of restaurants but in a quiet zone.

Staff and service were excellent! Rooms were clean and the property was meticulously maintained. The location was perfect, close enough to walk/drive to Laganas town but far enough to be a peaceful and quiet stay. Loved it, highly recommend!

Struttura nuova, con camere grandi arredate con stile moderno. Servizi; frigobar, forno a microonde e bollitore con i suoi piattini e tazze. Nel complesso struttura silenziosa, maggiormente la mostra camera perché situata nel complesso più lontano dalla piscina. Le camere vista piscina potrebbero essere meno tranquille visto anche la musica che va per tutto il giorno. L’ ubicazione e’ fuori dalla zona bar- ristoranti, può risultare un po’ troppo appartata perché la strada che conduce all hotel , la sera e’ molto buia. La spiaggia e’ a circa 15 min, consiglio comunque la macchina perché l’isola offre molte opportunita , spiagge molto più belle

Stayed here twice 6 years ago before Refurb . Was ok then , now fully refurbished. Stayed last year then again recently . The staff remembered me even by name . Rooms excellent and cleaned daily. Lovely hotel and staff. Can’t praise them enough .

They were all great, from the first moment that they welcomed us to the last day. If you don't want to swim JUST in the pool or just in Laganas beach, it's better to rent a car.

Great location, very nice staff, avarage hotel
The location is great as the hotel is only few minutes walking from the main street, but it is in a quite area. The staff is extremely nice. However the room conditions could be better. The bathrom was brand new, but there was a leak and the water from the shower was coming into the bedroom. I wish there was an electric water pot available in the room, since there were coffee cups. They did not have a baby crib matress so we needed to use a blanket instead. The breakfast was the same every morning and the choise was limited, the only fruit was watermelon and it was not the best.

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel, great location, just a 5 minute walk to the main bar area. Plenty of comfortable sunbeds, great bar, prices were cheaper than the bars on the strip. Friendly service, room was comfortable and clean. Accommodation has changed from Self Catering to hotel, therefore no cooking facilities. Would highly recommend.

Davvero una bella sorpresa....
Buon hotel situato non lontano dal centro di Laganas, ma fuori quanto basta per evitare il caos notturno! Il personale estremamente gentile e sorridente sempre pronto ad aiutarti in tutto. La camera ben arredata, praticamente nuova davvero confortevole!!! Il mare dista pochi minuti a piedi..... per finire carina e ben curata anche l’area piscina.

Non corrisponde a quanto si vede in foto, stanza piccola con letti separati nonostante avessimo chiesto il letto matrimoniale (1 materasso) non due lettini uniti. Bagno praticamente piccolissimo, 2 persone insieme non entrano e doccia con tenda che quando ti fai la doccia hai l'acqua che ti arriva in camera. Finestre senza zanzariere, costretti a stare con le finestre chiuse perché appena aprivamo entravano calabroni e zanzare!!! Personale eccellente ma scadente la camera e servizi. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Ermanos che è stato veramente disponibile e ci ha reso il soggiorno piacevole.
