Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis
Zum Check-In war niemand anwesend. Daher kein schöner erster Eindruck. Dennoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Sehr schöne Lage, auch wenn teilweise Kindergeräusche und krähende Hähne ab und zu zu hören sind. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Überbuchung kein Studio frei!!! Kein Service!!!
Leider kann ich nicht direkt eine Bewertung über herodotos studios schreiben, da wir nicht dort nächtigen konnten, da kein Zimmer frei war, obwohl wir gebucht hatten. Alles begann so wir kamen am Flughafen an und warteten auf unseren flughafentransfer, der für 15 Euro extra angeboten wurde. Hmm naja niemand kam also beschlossen wir dort anzurufen. Die Rezeptionistin war so unhöflich was uns einfällt und wir sollen uns doch ein Taxi nehmen. Gut Taxi kostete 28 Euro. Dort angekommen natürlich zu früh, da der Check Inn erst um 14:30 ist, war für uns kein Problem wir wollten nur die Koffer abstellen und dann gleich auf erste Erkundungstour. Um 15 kamen wir dann wieder zurück zum Anwesen, wo wir einmal niemanden finden konnten, unsere Koffer waren versperrt uns weit uns breit kein Mensch. Ok dann haben wir mal gesucht, irgendwann kam ein Alter Mann, der kaum Englisch konnte uns versuchte den Besitzer, der dort anscheinend auch wohnte, über die Gegensprechanlage zu erreichen. Die quatschten eine Zeit lang und schließlich kam ein anderen älterer Mann und deutete uns ihm zu folgen. Wir verließen das Anwesen und gingen die Straße rauf in ein anderes Haus, wo uns der Mann in ein winziges Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten schleppte und sagte das is unser Apartment. Alsoo als Aufklärung wir haben gebucht ein Studio mit seaview und Doppelbett im oberen Stock. Bekommen haben wir eben dieses winzige Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Mini Fenster mit Blick auf ein Gebüsch!!! Ich natürlich rasend

Nettes Studio in schöner Lage
Das Apartment war recht geräumig und das Zimmer sauber. Leider war die Küche eher in einem schlechten Zustand - dreckig, wenig ausgestattet. Der Balkon war riesig, da fühlten wir uns wohl. Auch die Nähe zum Strand ist toll, der Supermarkt ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke. Für uns hat es gut gepasst.

Nettes hotel in ruhiger lage
Etwas in die jahre gekommenes nettes kleines hotel in relativ ruhiger lage! Hotelbesitzer sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. lage für uns sehr gut, minimarkt in 2 minuten zu fuss erreichbar, strand ca. In 800m in unmittelbarer nähe. Etwas irritiert waren wir vom angegebenen keri see, da dieser von uns nicht gleich als solcher erkennbar war, da dieser fast gänzlich von schilf bewachsen ist. Hotel weitab entfernt von den partymeilen die fast gänzlich von engländern eingenommen wurden ;-) mietauto sehr empfehlenswert, die insel hat sehr viel zu bieten wenn man einfach drauf los fährt und auf eigene faust erkundet. "Doppelbett" kleiner als standard, könnte bei grossen personen etwas eng werden, matratzen auch etwas hart und eher unbequem da man jede feder spürt, was nach ein paar tagen zu rückenschmerzen führen kann. Man federt auch quasi mit wenn sich der partner im schlaf umdreht... Bellende hunde in der nachbarschaft etwas störend, da die wände recht dünn sind. Aber im grossen und ganzen gutes preis/leistunsverhältnis und für unsere zwecke völlig ausreichend!

Hotel mit einfachen Zimmern in Limni Keri
Wir hatten einen problemloser und sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Oktober. Das Zimmer zeichnet sich durch folgende Merkmale aus: Balkon mit Blick auf die Pechquelle des Herodot und auf den dahinter liegende Sumpf, wobei das Meer zu sehen ist; Miniküche bestehend aus zwei Kochplatten und Kühlschrank, sowie grundlegendes Geschirr und Besteck; Duschraum mit WC und Waschbecken; Doppelbett, Einbauschrank, Nachttische und kleiner Kommode mit Spiegel, TV mit drei griechischen Sendern. Der Service erfolgte regelmäßig etwa alle 2 Tage und das Zimmer war dementsprechend sauber und gepflegt. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden ebenfalls getauscht. WLAN-Empfang ist an der Rezeption möglich. Die Besitzer-Familie wohnt im Haus und war immer freundlich und stets hilfsbereit.

The facility is clean and well maintained. It was easy to walk to the beach or the market. As well as the restaurants nearby. The owner and staff were incredibly helpful. I would stay here again.

Πολύ όμορφο μέρος το Κερί, το studios άνετο και όπως το περιμέναμε,καθαρό και πλήρως λειτουργικό. Καλή θάλασσα σε μόλις 5 με 10 χλμ. Λαγανά η καλαμάκι. Έχει τα πάντα κοντά σου, και πολύ καλά καφέ, και φαγητό.

Vicino a negozi di alimentari e ristoranti. Pessima pulizia all'arrivo in quanto bagno e Angolo cottura sporchi. Durante il soggiorno cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani del bagno e rifacimento dei letti. Se non fosse per la mancanza di igiene all'arrivo il giudizio sarebbe stato molto migliore. Da segnalare la disponibilità al check in che è avvenuto, causa di cambi orari e successivi ritardi della compagnia aerea, verso le 22 ben oltre quanto stabilito dalla struttura che in ogni caso era stata da me preavvertita.

Family oriented feels!
A pleasant stay at this well equipped and clean accomo. When you walk in, the front yard has various bikes and kids toys scattered around giving it the that family oriented feel, however it was really quiet. The old man that greeted us was super friendly even though we checked in really late. Would not hesitate to come back again!

Great location and very friendly staffs
Nice hotel and close to the beach. Easy to walk about and the restaurants shops are around the corner. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating ( has a friend joined me last min in the trip and the hotel provided the extra bed without additonal charge) however the hotel facility is a bit disappointing . Given the cheap price and great location and staffs I would not mind this a bit run down hotel if you are traveling with low budget.

Nice views
Just a typical Greek holiday apartment on the third floor so a long climb to our room but had a nice view. No noise apart from dogs and cockerels, Kitchen was very basic with not a lot to cook with. We found the bed and the pillows very hard ALSO THE BED BROKE on our 2nd night because of an earlier botched repair luckily we do not suffer with bad back or it could have been very different. The bed was fixed the next day, but no apology or concern from the owners. Owners generally not very welcoming.

Comfortable place
When we arrive it was a bit confusing as there is no sign for reception or where to go when u arrive,after 3min lady arrive and without asking as who we are she took us straight to the room. Room very cosy and comfortable for a price was good, Ac working ,lovely view from balcony,we really liked that area Keri, touristic but quiet, i wouldnt be hapoy to stay in Laganas n Kalamaki as is tooo touristic. Towels changed daliy and sheet. Room was cleaned litttle bit only refreshed but it was perfect for us. We were litterally only sleeping there. You can rent the car litterally office is along the herodotos studios building which is fantastic. Overall we had a good stay.

LA Località è come volevamo e ci aspettavamo luogo iper tranquillo , lo Studio invece , per fortuna abbiamo reso la camera superior , non oso immaginare come fossero le standard !!! alle 8,30 del mattino un baccano in tutto lo stabile, doccia con tenda che includeva il wc !!!!! biancheria ok , stoviglie sporche ed arrugginite…. saltavano le piastre del piano cottura e le sedie del balcone erano sporche . una notte è saltato anche il sonoro dell anticendio e l uomo alla reception l ha tolto per la notte….. promettendo la riparazione l indomani ….mai piu' visto !

Clean hotel but nothing to do
There is absolutely nothing to do here but sit on your balcony and look at the garden if you are on the first floor. The proprietors seem to forget that they have guests at times and allow their children to make as much noise as they like and invite their family over for parties. But they don't interact with the guests and they don't provide entertainment so you don't get to know any of the other guests.

Fris en kleinschalige private accomodatie met voldoende ruimte. Verder geen faciliteiten (ontbijt, winkeltje) Rustige omgeving van het eiland en heerlijke uitvalsbasis voor exploratie van de rest van het eiland (mits een auto tot de beschikking is). Kleine rustige boulevard met heerlijke restaurants. Op het moment van ons bezoek (begin mei) was nog niets alles open omdat het seizoen doorgaans derde/vierde week van mei pas begint voor de eilandbewoners ...

Great family hotel in a quiet area
We had a fantastic stay at the Herodotos Studios. Very good sized room with a lovely view towards the garden and the sea. The only downside I found was the lack of mosquito nets on the windows/balcony door. It's family ran hotel, which creates a feeling of comfort and cosiness. The owners are extremely kind and helpful and provide the most delicious breakfast. The hotel is away from the craziness of a beach party resort, but rather situated in a quiet and rural area with nice tavernas around, a couple of shops and a bakery.

Adequate but disappointing
The facilities are very basic, and the facility seems quite old, which is especially evident in the bathroom and kitchenette. Some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty, as was the refrigerator. We didn't want to use the kitchenette. The price was good, but we were happy to leave after two nights.

Albergo appena sufficiente
Purtroppo il soggiorno all'herodotos e' cominciato subito male. Nella descrizione della stanza,e quindi nella prenotazione,si parlava di "vista mare"..ebbene il mare nn si vedeva affatto! Il titolare,con fare quasi beffardo, ci ha invitato a tornare in stanza con lui in modo da farci vedere che il mare c'era. In realta',in lontananza e dopo un'ampia vista su cortile,su strada e fra gli alberi si intravede un centimetro di mare! Per carita', io in viaggio mi adatto a tutto,nn sono tipo da mille pretese,ma essere presa in giro proprio nn mi piace. Per capirci meglio,l'herodotos ha tutte le stanze che affacciano dal lato in direzione del mare ma la "vista mare" e' un'altra cosa! Sarebbe carino che descrivessero meglio le loro stanze onde evitare equivoci! L'albergo e' gestito da 2 coniugi e quindi in reception nn c'e' altro personale oltre a loro, il che significa che ci sono a loro piacimento e che quindi spesso nn ci si trova nessuno. Nn mi sono stati chiesti i documenti ne al check in ne al check out...poiche' ho lasciato l'albergo alle 5.30 del mattino,giustamente il titolare dormiva e il check out si e' limitato a lasciare le chiavi appese fuori dalla stanza come sua richiesta. Tralasciando la doccia che e' un tutt'uno con il water, parliamo delle pulizie,che consistono nel solo svuotamento del cestino della cucina. L'unica nota positiva e' che in spiaggia si arriva in pochi minuti a piedi e per fortuna il mare di limni keri e' davvero molto bello!

Albergo a conduzione famigliare a sud dell'isola
Io e una mia amica abbiamo alloggiato agli Herodotos Studios nelle due settimane centrali di agosto. Le camere sono semplici, accoglienti e funzionali, vengono pulite ogni giorno. La colazione è buona e abbondante. Giorgio e la sua famiglia sono stati sempre molto gentili e disponibili con noi. Nella zona dell'albergo, Keri Beach, ci sono molti ristorantini, consiglio la Taverna Keri, ottimo cibo e staff gentilissimo!

Ακριβό για τις παροχές ανεξαρτήτως περιόδου
θα μπορούσα να έχω μια καλύτερη γνώμη αν δεν πλήρωνα κατά τη γνώμη μου πολύ περισσότερα χρήματα από ότι αξιζαν οι παροχές που έλαβα, αν για παράδειγμα αντί για 135ευρώ ευρώ την ημέρα πλήρωνα 70ευρώ θα ήμουν ικανοποιημένος αλλά δεν έγινε έτσι και το κρεββάτι που έτριζε όταν άλλαζα πλευρό με ξυπνούσε και το στρώμα με το ελατήριο στα πλευρά μου με ενοχλούσε και το πλαστικό τραπεζομάντηλο με ενοχλούσε και το ότι άλλαζαν σεντόνια-πετσέτες κάθε μέρα έφτασε κι αυτό να με ενοχλεί γιατί πλήρωνα μια παραπάνω.

Appartamento semplice, titolare molto cordiale e disponibile che parla bene l'italiano. Cambio biancheria 2 volte settimana e tre volte biancheria da bagno. Immerso negli ulivi, zona tranquilla a pochi passi dal mare.

A pochi passi dal mare
Abbiamo soggiornato presso Herodotos Studios per una settimana ci siamo trovati molto bene, stanza confortevole con aria condizionata, possibilità di cucinare, terrazzino con tavolino, zona tranquilla e silenziosa.

Room was big with a nice view. The TV was old and sometimes wasn't working, air conditioning satisfying. Cleanliness was alright, they were changing sheets and towels every 3 days, but they weren't cleaning properly the toilet and the floor under the bed and in the corners. The soap when we arrived in the bathroom was used. Its was really peaceful and the owner was very kind.

オーナーさんが親切です。
中心地からは離れてますが、その分静かです。小さいキッチンがあり、ちょっとした物なら作れます。すぐ近くにミニスーパーがあり、パンや卵、野菜、ハムなどが買えます。シーズンオフに行ったので初日以外は私達だけで、とても静かに滞在出来ました。お願いしてとても美味しいオリーブオイルを分けて貰い、ワインまで頂きました。FAXを使わせてもらったりE-Ticketの印刷をさせてもらったりととても親切でした。冬季仕様の宿ではないので暖房はなく、朝晩は少し寒かったです。島なので仕方ないのですが、水道水が海水混じりでシャワーを浴びてもサラッとはしません。それらを差し引いても、とても良い宿でした。

Nice studio close to the beach
The owner of the appartment was very nice! he gave me the keys without doing any check in and the check out was equal, I gave him the keys and that's all. I liked the confidence. It was 5 minutes walk from a very beautiful beach with splendid views! however, there were some animals next to the studios (mainly some roosters) that could let you know the dawn has arrived while you are sleeping.

Quiet and quaint hotel with all the basics
We had a great time at Herodotos Studios in the second half of September. First and foremost, Keri Lake is a tiny village and lacks the loud and, to us, unappealing, Brit-centric characteristics of other parts of the island. There are no English breakfasts or Shamrock Irish pubs here. As many have noted, the water in the hotel is not potable; there are 2 stores within 100 metres of the hotel where large jugs of water can be purchased. The rooms on the 3rd floor have very high, beautiful, wood ceilings and balconies overlooking the sea in the distance. We found everything to be clean and the kitchen to have everything needed. The owner was kind - if you do not ask for anything, you will be left alone with a mid-week change of sheets and towels. If you need anything, he was very accommodating and even drove us to the airport. The cost for this service is 30 euro each way, keep in mind. The beach by the hotel is ~7 min walk; it is a large but very narrow small-pebble beach; however, once in the water, the bottom is all sand, no seaweed, and very shallow. A 20-minute walk will take you to Marathia beach which has large pebbles, a more abrupt depth and interesting fish.

En alldeles under bar vecka i en mysig inte för exploaterad by. Hotellet var ett familjeägt litet hotell, nära havet som var mycket mysigt med god frukost. Det enda negativa var att sängarna och kuddarna var lite hårda.

grazioso albergo a due passi dal mare
(premesso che il nostro periodo di soggiorno era metà settembre...quasi fine stagione) Ci siamo trovati benissimo!! Il fiore all'occhiello di questo hotel è la posizione: comodissimo per girare l'isola ma al contempo non è immerso nel baccano!! L'albergo dista dal mare solo pochi metri e la spiaggia oltre a essere bellissima è tranquillissima con vista sull'Isola delle tartarughe!! La camera era grande con un piccolo piano cottura che ci è rimasto molto utile per preparare cenette veloci e colazioni!!! Tutte le stanze affacciano sul retro e sono molto silenziose!!! Le lenzuola venivano cambiate ogni 3 gg e lo stesso vale per gli asciugamani! Il personale è stato molto disponibile!! il proprietario parla sia inglese che italiano!! Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti da questo soggiorno!!! Consigliamo Herodotos Studios!!

Pratico e comodo studios a Keri
Studios spartano nell'arredamento ma pulito e ben strutturato per posizione e grandezza. Personale, a conduzione familiare, veramente gentilissimi ed attenti ad ogni richiesta. Giorgio proprietario e capo famiglia, brava persona gentile e disponibile. Consigliato per una vacanza di mare, ottimo per vivere Zante, a 10 min da Laganas!

Studios comodi e accoglienti
Il complesso di studios Herodotos si trova a poco più di 200 metri dal bel mare di Keri. La nostra camera era a piano terra, abbastanza spaziosa, pulita, fresca (avevamo il condizionatore ma non l'abbiamo mai usato). Il Wi-Fi funzionava abbastanza bene in camera. L'angolo cottura è minimale quindi più adatto per colazioni o insalate che per cucinare. La biancheria viene cambiata ogni due giorni. Solo il bagno era piccolo e la doccia minuscola. Tutti gli studios hanno un balconcino ombreggiato. Il proprietario è molto gentile, disponibile e accogliente. In generale il luogo è accogliente, sebbene sia spartano e senza pretese. Il giardino è pieno di giochi. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono piccoli market forniti di tutto ed anche di prodotti freschi buoni. Keri beach è un piccolo centro tranquillo, la spiaggia è libera e mediamente poco affollata, di ciotoli bianchi, ombreggiata da alcuni alberi. Il fondale del mare, limpido e pulito, è sabbioso e poco profondo per un tratto lungo. Dal porto partono belle escursioni in barca. Lungo il porticciolo ci sono bar e taverne dove si mangia molto bene. Nel raggio di mezz'ora di auto ci sono molte altre belle spiagge.
