Yes, sunsets are a large part of the location. A quick 3 minute walk to an active beach and back to the cottage for peace, relaxation and solitude. My recommendation to anyone who has an issue with the cleanliness is to call the owner immediately. We pay to have our cottages clean and need to hear if something is not right. I love hearing that guests use the wagons, beach toys and beach chairs. Janine

It’s certainly the location that attracts people to Soleil. The cottage is equipped with a full kitchen, lots of extras for the beach and kayaking in the estuary is amazing!! Soleil is one of the last cozy cottages left in Wells... come and enjoy the cozy cottage!

The location is certainly one of our best features. The cottage is perfect for two adults or up to a family of four. We have many people renting with young children, looking for an affordable quiet location. The cottage is perfect for anyone wanting to sit on the wrap around deck, watch the soaring eagles in the marsh, kayak or enjoy the soothing sunsets. We have now put up instructions on how to have futon opened on the wall and in our welcome packages. Janine and Rick

Yes, Perfect for two for sure! This cottage originally was considered a Jack and Jill, built for four people. (the kitchen and bathroom are both accessible from both rooms making it perfect for two couples or a small family as well. We decided to eliminate the linen in this cottage due to the fact there is no washer/dryer. Our reservation & contract states "bring your own linen". After talking with our guests from the past, we all agree ...bringing your own linen works best. We always have extra....linen and towels! We want all our guests to be happy and want them to return just as happy!.. We take pride in our cottages and provide updates each and every year. Janine and Rick
