Unfreundliches Personal, sehr laut = kein Schlaf

Sehr unfreundlichers Personal, bei beiden Perosen sowie beim check-in wie auch beim check-out. Die Dame beim Check-out hat kein einziges Wort mit uns gesprochen. Beim Check-in wurde uns lediglich gesagt in wechen Zimmer wir sind. Zimmer ist sehr klein. Zudem haben wir ein Zimmer erhalten, dass mit einer Aussenwand an die Lobby/Frühstückraum grenzte, daran war einTv den man die ganze nacht hörte da das Personal vom Empfang dort lautstark TV schaute, ebenfalls pfeifte das Personal die ganze Nacht herum und telefoniertr privat und alles ear zu hören. Dementsprechend konnten wir keine Minute schlafen obwohl wir totmüde waren von der 15Std Autofahrt. Wir würden nie wieder hier her kommen. Besser das Holiday Inn Express oder das Hampton Inn vis a vis nehmen.

The hotel was very clean and safe. There was some trouble with a guest upstairs with children who were stomping around and jumping, but that eventually settled down. I did ask for a pet-friendly room and when I got there was told there were no more even though my reservation was accepted. They then proceeded to charge me an “extra” amount as a pet cleaning fee for that room. I felt that they should have made that known upfront, but the room was nice and the area safe. I would stay there again

continental breakfast was pretty lame, nothing but coffee and bagles, no bacon, eggs etc

Bath and shower needs replacing and towels need replacing too. Ripped and worn.

I was very pleased with my stay at Microtel in Walterboro. The area and hotel felt safe, especially as I walked the dog in the evening. Hotel and room were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here on my next trip.
