buongiorno mr Ben Dror , we are very sorry that you did not feel comfortable in the short stay you and your family had with us ,just one night . But your notes give me a me a very good opportunity to point out the difference between an Agriturismo like we are where. we are not offering certain service like a reception open 24 hours you have limited time for chek in as reported in the expedia announcement but if you advice before we are happy to check you in earlier . And we do not have a bartender at yr disposal who can prepare your favorite cocktail for you ,but we are located in one of the most pituresque locations in Tuscany in the heart of Chianti area,on the slopes of Montalbano Hill, here you can really do a full immesion in the the relax and nature ,with a pool tucked away between vineyards and olives three ,If you book in advance for groups of at least 4/6 person we can take you on a guided tour of our vineyards and the cellar followed by a tasting of at least 4 of 8 wines . we try to be hospitable and give the best advice and the best assistance to our guest that allow us to give them. we also have a restaurant that provides on request daily breakfast and at least 2 time a week propose a tipical tuscan menu including the tasting of some of our best wines. The room that you have choosen it is a quadruple room , and it is not small it is abt 26 square meter but we certainly have much larger accomodation specially with a family with 2 kids of 23 years old . you did not have the opportunity to attend at wine tasting because you did not make any reservation in advance for it. And you have to wait 10 mnts I say 10 mnts for checking in because you did not say that you were arriving 2 hours earlier than time foreseen for the check in and you were not expected at that time that you arrived. And I m sorry but overall I do not accept the critics abt the beds as they are very good, the matress are 27 cm high with the best tecnology and even our most critical guest they complimented us on their comfort
